DonŽt know if there will be any special setups in the transithall during the Olympics ,but then there is the OŽLearys sportsbar.
Usually, during summer you can pay access to SAS lounges, which have TV sets, if you are desparate.
How about getting a Diners card? You get access to a lounge in CPH and quite a few other airports. Or you can also pay to access the same lounge, something like 20 euros per visit. Maybe worth paying if you have a longish stay at the airport.

You can buy access to the CPH Appartment lounge via the airport homepage www.cph.dk You can also buy access on the day at the entrance if not crowded. But for a day with a handball game that you really want to see, maybe better to book in advance to be sure.
I watched the FIFA 2010 finals during transfer at CPH, in some kind of circular vestibule structure. Come to think of it, I haven't seen it during the past few years. Might it be where the H&M store is located now?

yes there was a rest corner. Now they closed that circular open space and it was created a shop.
