Great find.

In case, for various reasons, you can't find the customer service number that is printed on the back of your American Express card (for example you don't have an Amex card to begin with), I found this toll free number that completes the requirements.

thanks for the posts. I used my Costco AMEX 888# and it did not work. But used the 800# above and it worked fine.

Thanks!! My Costco card & AA citicard amex didn't work, but my Amex rewards plus did the trick.

My Starwood Amex CS number didn't work...

Seems co-branded cards might be excluded from this.

How could one tell if this is genuine or if it's a phishing scam? I can't find that page by digging down in the AMEX website...

Since it doesn't ask for any really useful info (like a CC number or password), it would be the world's worst phishing scam.

Moreover, notice that the site is part of the americanexpress.com domain. It must be legit even if it's not openly advertised.

They are. Only select AmEx cards qualify; see the asterisk footnote (below footnote #2) on the offer page.

If you search on the Amex site, there is no link regarding the Entertainment Access email this promo is supporting, and nothing about fandango other than through the gift card (i think it was) program.

WHarvey - where'd the link come from?
