Ditto all of that...I hope that they get the bugs worked out as LSC. This is a win-win situation for everyone, we invest our time and earn prizes, and with most every search MS earns advertising revenue. It is one of the few great ideas that has come from MS.
I guess with MICROSOFT having 90% of the market, or whatever it is, they can screw many simple things up and still have most of the market share, they don't need to worry about it, because they still make money.
not in the search engine market tho. AT LEAST here they should make sure everything works perfectly well if they plan on winning some of the market share from google permanently....

.... and not honoring redemptions their users worked for and from which they made profit of (every search made during the games give them a little profit AND increases their market share) will leave IMO a bad image in the end, even tho it was good for awhile. that would be terrible marketing for them. I am talking about ppl actually switching to Live Search in the long term, not only for the prizes. this is also why I keep thinking positive they will post AT LEAST the miles we redeemed for. specially cos the miles are being offered again. would mean they have more in stock, right?
and a huge list of FF's waiting for their redemptions to post since end may...
the redemption system was excellent for some weeks. now it is back to buggy. might be due to the rollout of the new site... new site, new problems, etc etc...
I was checking my notes, I haven't received any miles since they launched the new "improved" website.
so, lets wait and keep our fingers crossed. go Microsoft, go!
Correct FF, I should have clarified a bit on my market analysis...MS has 90% of the O/S market and really wants to play ball in the search arena, but Google OWNS the search market.
I am sure that MS really wants this search tool to work, so they can get a foot in the door, but what I can't understand is why they can't seem to get this thing right....oh well, it is one of those things that we may never know the answer to....till then we will keep trying to claim our miles.
FYI, my last DELTA credit was:
31 May 2008 Air Incentives - 172721 (posted on 02Jun2008)
2500 0 2500
Long time visitor but first time poster – please be gentle!
I redeemed for 2 x 2500 miles with Alaska Airlines from separate LSC accounts. One redemption on 11 June and the other 13 June. This was just after the air mile redemptions reappeared. Both had the tickets debited from the accounts and appeared in the respective redemption histories. I checked the AS accounts this morning and both were credited on 4 July with the missing miles. 23 and 21 days respectively from redemption to posting which is much longer than usual (quickest to date being 6 days back in March!) but at least they are finally there. Looks like the backlog may be clearing.

In case it helps, both were 369XXX.
I'll start playing again now!
so your tickets were never refunded back to your LSC account right?

No, never refunded. To be honest I got a bit worried when some people said they had had their tickets returned. I thought that I had lost mine forever! Fortunately that wasn't the case.
and it gives me the answers. There is no time limit for this game. I get the max of 20 tickets every game. A game lasts me aprox 3 minutes.
Hint: You can use your keyboard to type the solutions rather than clicking on the chickens.
The Matt Lauer gamge only asks 4 questions and you get up to 10 points.
The answers are multiple choice, and there are only 3 possible choices.
I did 11 in 10 minutes, before deciding I really don't want to make the effort.
Because i was curious about there reaction, i've asked when my miles will show up.
I've redeemed them, when you could get a conformation number without reduction of the tickets...
