A Buddy Of Mines Redeemed 30,000 Tickets For The Camcorder

But Hasn't Received Confirmation Email.

Is He Getting Shafted ?

I would think he is OK. The e-mail confirmations have been hit-or-miss. I have not heard of anyone being 'shafted'. But it may be 3-4 months before he gets the camcorder. In the internet/next day around-the-world delivery world we live in, it is amazing that a company like Microsoft cannot deliver products in a more efficient manner

Agreed. I have heard of people recently getting rockband, which was added within the past few months, and zunes they ordered in December. Some people have said they got rid of the last fulfillment company, so maybe they'll speed up now.

It shows in his redemption history.

What's weird is he emailed livesearchclub@incentivelogic.com and they said there were no redemptions under the hotmail email account he used to redeem the prize.

If points are deducted from his acct, and it shows in redemption history, then another e-mail to them is in order, asking them W-T-F is going on
Include a paste of this info from MY CLUB ACCOUNT page.

For AA, my log shows the last posting was 4/10, for redemptions from 3/30-4/10. We now have 20k redemeed between all of us, waiting for posting.

Am waiting for 2500 DL miles to post, although it's just 16 days instead of the 17 days mentioned on the confirmation.

How accurate is that forecast of 17 days, for DL, or 15 days for US Airways?

Any experience?
