I've explained it before in detail in this thread. Just search the thread for posts by me.

Essentially you've got the right idea.

You know you've partnered up your two accounts when both have the same query (for example both windows might say 'tiger woods house').

Getting partnered with yourself is where the challenge lies, however, I've found some tricks with refreshing the windows simultaneously that greatly improves odds, see this post for details:

To make a completely hyperbolic analogy: if the gov't didn't want people to speed, they should have prevented any cars from going faster than the speed limit. The point is that the rules are posted; just because there are ways to break them doesn't mean that breaking them is allowed, nor that one should complain when one is caught and subsequently penalized.
Well, in case anyone was interested in the 'denied search perks tickets' saga. Microsoft finally sided with me and gave me my tickets, plus an additional 500 for the trouble.

Unfortunately now there's nothing left that I want to redeem them on though.

They've added a few new prizes recently. The GPS for 29,900 tickets might be worth wasting some tickets on.

It's funny you mention that. I actually just went and ordered one of those about an hour prior to having read this post.

Well, I eventually caved and redeemed for an XBOX. As I feared, it was the "Xenon" setup (original XBOX and a high candidate for the RRoD). As far as I can tell, it looks brand spanking new. Won't know for sure until I get the nerve to crack the case. Who knows, maybe it was refurbed by Microsoft.

Still....free is free and I'm happy so far.

What was the GPS brand/model? It's not listed now but it might be something I'd be interested in.

I don't remember. thehawk75 actually ordered one so maybe he can chime in. It's gone from the list now, replaced by a kayak and leaf blower.

It was a Magellin Roadmate 1340, apparently. I'd still consider it though I'm a Garmin fan with maps from all over the globe. Still would be good for the wife's car.

I'm not happy with this. First XBOX I received had physical damage to it. Club Live (as it was called at the time) was nice enough to send me a new one after I shipped the original back (they paid for everything of course). However, it took over a month turn around.

Second XBOX has a defective DVD Drive.

They said the 'would' send me a new one if they get new stock, however, since they're out of stock and don't know when they'll get new ones, the best they can do is refund my tickets if I sent it back (which doesn't help me much, as I've got so many tickets I don't know what to do with them, and the xbox was to burn a few tickets).

The other alternative is to go through xbox support and get warranty service. However, I enter my serial number and I'm informed that the warranty expired in November of 2008, very nice considering I didn't even get this supposedly 'brand new' xbox until May of 2009

So, now I'm trying to prove to 'Microsoft XBOX support' that this is a brand new xbox from 'Microsoft Club Bing', and the only receipt I have is the e-mail with the order number on it. And... get this... the 'Microsoft Xbox Support' does not know what 'Microsoft Club Bing' is, and won't honor their receipt.

At any rate, the club bing people said they would help out in getting me something that be acceptable to the xbox support people, or even contact them directly regarding my case. This is an on going story... will give an update when I've been updated.

Wow! That was fast! It was only there for like a day or two.

The neck massage pillow is also missing. I now regret not having ordered it.

Ok... someone in my extended family will be getting a leaf blower for Christmas...another member will be getting a Kayak...

Yup, that was it alright: Magellan RoadMate 1340 GPS System.

I have no clue how good it is, or if it was even worth the 30K tickets, but, I really don't see a huge point in conserving the tickets when something semi-decent comes by (especially considering how fast one can earn tickets on Picture This -- even it it's new not as great form). Knowing my luck, the day I finally use up all my tickets on something, they'll go and allow multiple redemptions on the 2500 miles again.

Bing/Live Search refunded my points when the Binoculars that I Ordered in May were "backordered" So with a bunch of points I played enough to go for the Hammock. No more of Bing for points. The prizes are just useless with the one per household limit.

So, I did a version of this with two computer side by side - my daughter's computer and her account and my computer and my account. The first time I tried, on Friday, it worked very good - kept syncing up nicely.

However, yesterday and today, I can't get them to get them to "partner up".

Do you just keep refreshing? I have tried about 10-12 times each day to no success. How often are you "restarting" Picture This to get the desired results? Is it still working for you with one computer?

I guess I can try it on one computer, but I feel that I am not "dextrous" enough!

How many points can you pick up in an hour's worth of play? Do you get those nasty pop ups asking for confirmation codes?

Why would you use two computers? It seems to me you would have to be more dextrous as you'd have to operate two mouses, keyboards, etc.

The easiest thing to do is just use two browsers (i.e. I use firefox and chrome). My account in one, wife's account in the other.

The key is you have to refresh the window that spawns the game window at the same time. Simply clicking 'play now' at relatively the same time is not enough. It also has to be a 'full' refresh (i.e. CTRL + reload).

After you have done that, then, click 'play now' at roughly the same time (you can be be about a second apart, not such a big deal).

If you fail to get partnered up, make your life easier by NOT closing the spawned out game windows. Just move them out of your way (I like to resize them to be a minimum size that will still show 9 images, and your score counter). Generally I have it so my two game windows are at the top of the screen side by side. The original browser windows themselves at the bottom, side by side (ie. 4 windows total: 2 firefox, 2 chrome).

Now you can click 'play now' again in the original browser windows, and it will 'refresh' the game windows to a new partnership. If it still keeps failing, then do that full refresh (CTRL + Reload) in the original browser windows (i.e. NOT the popped out game windows). When those original windows finish refreshing, try 'play now' again on both of them.

You should very soon have two game windows with the same 'description', once so, click 'start'. Nothing more to it. I have never had to spend more than 2 minutes getting paired up (typing in captcha's included) once I figured out how this 'refresh' process worked.

The only crummy thing is, the new picture this only allows you to 'play with same partner' up to 3 additional times. Fortunately clicking both 'play with new partner' buttons at roughly the same time will usually pair you up again (unless one account has a captcha to enter and the other does not). If you don't get partnered up, just click 'play now' in your original browser windows again.

The rule was put into place around the beginning of this year. Some people have reported success in receiving multiple awards despite the change. Others, including our family, have had the request rejected and the points redeposited.
And others have not had the duplicate miles from last winter posted, nor have they had the miles redeposited despite multiple requests. In fact, an additional cookbook order from April 6, 2009, has never even been delivered to me. I have a feeling when I asked to have the miles redeposited, they just basically blacklisted me.

thehawk75 - I think I have it now. I appreciate the explainations.

For those trying this - I'm now at all of three days trying - One thing that seems to make it easier is the time of day and day of week. Think "off peak".

EX - This morning early (Monday) - once I "synced up" the two accounts- they kept syncing up. Went about 12 games in a row just by clicking the play now with new partner at the same time after playing the 3 in a row.

Also, the stupid captchas (verify you are a human) are a pain! They are coming up about every 3-4 games.
