As mentioned earlier in the thread, you are now allowed to redeem only one of each prize. Before this "fix" was put in, many of us redeemed several 2,500 mile prizes. Alas, all good things come to an end

Anyone know how to redeem your points? I must have killed my email

Have the 'search perks' tickets been awarded?
Is there supposed to be some e-mail from them now with instructions on redeeming?
As an aside, I'm curious as to what happens with these 'search perks' tickets, are they added to your existing account, and subject to the same 1 prize per household rules, or do they go to some independent account that can redeem for an independent set of prizes? (Some of the prizes listed when the site was up, were different than on club live).

I received the e-mail last week. It said that the tickets were in my regular Live Search acct. They were, and I redeemed from there. I hope they do not enforce the 1 prize rule on these, as I have already redeemed into all airline partners at least once in the past. Fingers crossed

I was peeved when I saw that the SearchPerks points were put into my Live Search account because I assume that they will enforce the 1 prize rule. I had been hoping to get another 2500 airline mile award. Instead I got a glass ornament and a water bottle.
I have recently received multiple similar awards of points in the same account. Thus far, I haven't seen this "one of each prize" rule enforced.
The 2500 award became redeemable again after a week or so, so I redeemed for it again. I'll wait and see if I get both awards. Since I was so screwed on the December thing, I'm not too confident.

Good luck, Paul.
I've been around this site since its inception, and am convinced that abuse and greed by some individuals (those redeeming multiple lots, warehousing them, and selling them) caused the tightening of the T&C.
Would be nice to hope that an absence of that greed might allow LSC to consider a fair number of redemptions.....but who knows???

They claim I used a bot to generate my searches
I did no such thing.
I had 25 tabs opened in IE. Each with a live search results screen in it.
When I close down IE, I selected the 'save the tabs' option.
Next time I open IE. Those searches are ran again in each of those 25 tabs. Voila 25 searches done for the day.
Perhaps not in the 'spirit' of the program, but not a violation of the T&C's... certainly not the use of bots. Simple thing to do that their browser allows for.

It may not be a bot, but it's still a violation of the T&Cs. To wit:

(Bolding mine) I would say that using the browser in that manner constitutes an "automated way" of participating; one might also interpret it as a "macro," since saved browser tabs are essentially a macro to the browser interface. Hence, using saved browser tabs is a direct violation of the T&Cs.
