Got rejection emails last week for the last 5 outstanding Delta redemptions. Got credited back all the points but odd thing.....one of those rejected redemptions for 2500 FF miles just posted on Delta today! LOL!

My rejected 100 mile deposit posted today as well, too. Submitted Jan 8, posted this morning.

I guess some of the rejections don't mean much

Any luck with AA this week? Next cab off the rank is a set of 4100 miles redeemed over Jan 6-10. So far, nothing but no rejection emails either.

I redeemed for AA on 1/8 - still nothing.

2600 Delta miles (2500 + rejected 100) redeemed on 1/9 posted 2/2, though.

I believe that AA miles didn't post until Weds. afternoon last week. So they might show up tomorrow.

Please don't flame me. I tried to do a search but did not wade through all 182 pages of postings on Live.com.

Does anybody have an email address or a phone number for some kind of customer service with the Cashback part of Live.com? For several days when I try to log into my account I get this message:

Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

I have not had this trouble in the past, but I must have some setting set wrong. Any ideas or numbers for accessing HELP?

Received 2,500 Delta miles from a Dec. 28 redemption; this posted yesterday, Feb. 2.

Spouse received 500 Delta miles from a Jan. 8, 2009, redemption, that also posted yesterday, Feb. 2.

Had 3600 points returned last week for TOS Violation. yet another 1k posted to AA today. Since I had been going to the 1K level since before Xmas when the 2500 were not available, my next redemption was yesterday for 2.5k using the 3600 returned and about 1 hour of Spelling Bee.

So. . . like everyone else, I have absolutely no idea what is happening at LSC.

Ok, so we just have to wait a bit longer but it sure beats 60-75 days! No confirmation email yet.

I haven't recieved a confirmation email from my Delta a few days ago. I'm not worried though, they're in the account and that's all that matters.

Same thing with me. I got the TOS violation email, the points back, and the 2500 miles just posted. I think I redeemed on 1/5. I have another 2500redemption they refunded I think I requested on 1/8 or 1/9 that we'll see what happens to.
