. . . surprised that I Got a 1X2500 posting today (shows a posting date of 1/22) for Delta for 12-20 redemption. It's my second 2500 redemption from Delta since the explicit "only one mileage redemption of any kind per account" showed up when redeeming miles so I guess they weren't really serious about it! LOL!
Was your first redemption from 12/19/08? If not, I'm not sure that we can draw any conclusions from your experience.

The restrictions do not state that you are limited to one redemption per account. The rule is "your household may order one of each of the following, when offered in the prize mall: 100 airline miles; 500 airline miles; 1000 airline miles and 2500 airline miles."
You are theoretically limited to one award of each type per household. Emphasis on "theoretically".

I made a mistake on my initial post. The latest redemption was for 12-26. The previous redemption was for 12-20. I already have the latest "posting complete" email from LSC and did match up the redemption. So, The redemptions were from 12-20 and 12-26. I know they explicitly changed the terms on 12-19.

Reason: correct mistake

Yes, that is my point. I have 2 X 2500 redemptions (not limited to 1) after 12-19. I made a note that they changed the wording that you quoted above on 12-19. My 2 X 2500 Delta redemptions are from 12-20 and 12-26 so they came after this change.
I'm still waiting on 2500 miles for Delta that I redeemed tickets for on 12/28/2008. This was my first-ever redemption. Has anyone else not had miles post to Delta from around that date? Should I keep waiting or send an e-mail to LSC?

My husband is waiting for two Delta posts from 12/22 and 12/25 for 2,500 and 1,000 miles. These were his first 2 redemptions.
So every single redemption in November and almost everything in December is off in la-la land...
But I got 1000 DL miles from one account I've had for some time (and have a lot of missing redemptions from), and another 1000 DL miles from a new account I recently began using (since I'm maxed or near maxed on most high point games).. Both were redeemed on the 27th and 28th of December and posted a couple days ago. Posting complete emails followed two days later.
I'm waiting for Deltamiles from 12/25 and 12/30. I've had miles redeemed the same week post together on the last redemption date. So I'm still hoping they'll post.
I gave up on Flexicon because when I click on the "solve" button that generates the Live Search, it defaults to images and causes the page to jump to the bottom. Even if I reset it to web searchs, it still keeps going back to images.

Have you tried another browser? I had the same problem with IE, but it works fine on Safari (Mac & PC) and Firefox (Mac).
Ironic that a Microsoft-sponsored site has problems in a Microsoft browser....

Interesting. I just received my 2500 HawaiianAir miles from a Jan 2. redemption. (The confirmation numbers are the same on the redemption and posting emails.) However my 2500 HA mile redepmtion from Dec. 25 still hasn't posted.

To correct again my previous post, my Delta posted Thursday for 12/30 redemption (not 12/26 as previously stated). My Delta redemption for 12-20 also posted. Like you, my 12-26 redemption did not post. I wonder if all the redemptions for that week somehow just got lost in a black hole as it seems no one had any redemptions posted last week but had some this week?
John, it looks that way. I don't know whether to wait it out or redo the weeks miles as I need the 4100 miles to add to the miles I will get from April's trip for a free ticket BNE-PPT in early 2010.
I use IE for game playing as FF is my "normal" account which I use for email and IMs. So I can pop in and out from business as usual on FF and keep the games in the background on IE.
The last time there was a black hole was early Nov, right? I was on a trip and not playing at that time. No one ever got those miles, did they?
I got a canned email from LSC about the missing miles, they didn't even specifically acknowledge that it was a mileage redemption as it looks like the email they would send for physically posted prizes.

Thank you for contacting Live Search Club Support. After an order is placed you will receive a confirmation number and email. Your order is then processed for compliance with our Terms and Conditions for fair game play. After an order is processed, found to be in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, and ready to be shipped, you should receive a second shipping confirmation email with any relevant tracking and delivery information. In most cases, prizes will be delivered 8-12 weeks from the date your order is processed, unless your prize is in limited quantities or backordered.
My wife and I each had a 2500 mile AA award pending from redemptions on 12/30. Today we each received an email from LSC stating the following:
Quote:
Dear Live Search Club Participant,
You are receiving this communication from Live Search Club because you recently placed a duplicate prize order with Live Search Club. As noted in our Terms and Conditions, prizes are limited to one of each prize per household. Your duplicate order for 2500 Frequent Flyer Miles has been cancelled and 4,300 tickets have been re-issued to the account from which the duplicate prize order was placed. We are sending this email to let you know that tickets have been re-issued to your account and are ready for you to redeem for another prize of your choice in our Prize Mall.
Yes, we each had 2500 mile awards prior to 12/19. No, we did not have any other 2500 mile awards after 12/19, although our daughter did have one redemption on 12/31 from DL that posted last week. So I can't definitively address the question of whether or not they are looking back before 12/19, or if we were disqualified due to our daughter's redemption. Knowing that she had 2500 mile redemptions prior to 12/19 as well, I will guess that it was her new award that caused our redemptions to be rejected. In either case, it looks like the restrictions are now in place and being enforced.
BTW, the tickets were returned to our accounts.
I'm disappointed, but can't really complain, as this promotion has been very good to us.
Looks like I'm off to pick up a cookbook from the prize closet...
