It must have happened on the 15th because I got a confirmation from them on January 14 and the 15-30 day time frame was in that email.

I just redeemed (1:30 p.m. Eastern) for Delta on LSC and still got the standard 15-30 days message.

The email still has the 15-30 day time frame. That message I posted is the screen that pops up on LSC after you submit a mileage redemption.

My AA miles postings are up to date but still nothing on US for the 4100 miles redeemed on my husband's LSC account between 23-29 Dec 4 separate redemptions on different days.

Arrggh!

Well I went to try the new "Love Crossed Crosswire" hoping to get the themed puzzles out of the way. This version slows you down since you can not double-click on the "solve" square to select and solve all in one shot. At least you can still quick-connect during the Highwire round to find the traps.

I guess I will still play it when I have time to spare till the themed puzzles are gone. Hate to let limited-time points get away

BTW, I got today the January's LSC survey. And the question among other more general questions (like, what's your prior reason to play games) was about Word Duel. It looks like they want to move forwards with such things (multiplayer games) . Another question was about some tournaments - to give all points to winner of tournament.

It looks like they really want to believe, that folks are getting points using own brain and not some additional help.

* I THINK this posting was from one redeemed on 12/17...

That's because, I also had a 1000-miler redeemed on 12/9 that should have posted by now, but hasn't. Haven't received any "Posting Complete" emails from AI/LSC, so I can't definitively track which of the 1000 mile requests noted above actually made it through.
Have now received "Posting Complete" emails for the above, and indeed the 1000-miler in question was the one requested on 12/17.

This means, a 1000-mile AA request made 12/9 is still outstanding as well a 2500 one from 11/12 which I doubt will ever show up since it mysteriously disappeared from my Prize Redemption History about a month ago, without miles being re-credited to my account.

Still not a peep from AI about either of these missing transactions. Perhaps those of you the mysteriously *received* some extra mileage redemptions you never ordered are the recipients of "my largesse."

Best,
TMichaels

Did anybody receive miles reedemed 23. dec or later? (which would be due 14. jan or later). The new 60-75 delay might be already here.

Nothing that late here. The 1000 miles we received the other day were from my husbands 12/15 redemption. However, the redemption from 12/14 & 12/17 of course are missing. Again no sensible explanation as the one from 12/14 should have of course posted first. So latest he has is 12/15 and latest I have is 12/6. I did make a redemption the other day for one of the small mileage amounts - 100 I think - we'll see if that one ever shows up.

Has anyone ever received missing points after they contacted LSC?

I've got missing redemptions from 12/2 onwards and while LSC says they're "looking into it", I'm guessing that really means I'm out of luck. But I'd be curious if anyone has received points after emailing customer service.

Nope, latest for me was 20 Dec to AA. Next in line is 23 Dec to US on a different account.

<sigh>

No AA love again this week. New account redemptions might/should have been posted today (redeemed right on the Sunday cutoff).

C'mon AI, I need to book a Caribbean trip for four to distract me from how damn cold it is here! I'm actually pondering buying the 8500 miles I still need.

Has anyone had any miles posted for either Delta last Friday (1/15) or this Monday (1/19) or AA today (1/20)? For the first time I haven't had either one post and haven't seen anyone mention since last Friday having any miles posted.

I figure it's either the new delay in processing or they have enforced the single airline redemptions. Either way, I'm gonna take a break from LSC until I have some miles post.

AA Redemption from 16th of December poted to my account last week.

Nothing so far this week but my next redemption wasn't until the 24th of Dec - so may be another week before I can really tell anything.

I've given up on my December 14 DL redemption, the phantom points they took away for a 100 mile redemption, and LSC in general. Those miles were a tiny proportion of the overall benefit from the program anyway.

This is very strange. I had 2500 US miles posted with posting complete email to my husband's account redeemed 31 Dec. Still missing are 4100 miles to MY US account redeemed 23-29 Dec (separate LSC account, only redeemed one of each mileage award). I contacted customer service via the LSC site. I have enough family/friends in the USA to use USA addresses on all my accounts.
