Thanks for the info, however, that hasn't been my experience.
I finished earning my 1000 tickets last night around 8:45PM (PST).
That would imply right at this moment (4:15 PM PST, as it would be UST 0:15), I should be able to earn more tickets. But, I still get the you've earned your daily limit message.
In doubt, close your browser and log in again. It does reset at that time (and around 15mins before your post was).
Same here, I logged in and got the same "you've reached daily ticket limit" message, although I know for a fact I have not even played to 1000 today. Cleared my cookies, turned off my computer, turned it back on and even now, a few hours later (Central time) I'm getting the same message.
WOW, when did this happen? I just redeemed an AA award and got this:
Step 4: Congratulations! Your mileage deposit has been submitted.
Your Order Number Is:
xxxxxx
You will receive a confirmation email at xxxxxxxx@hotmail.com. Please note after your mileage order is processed and found to be in compliance with our Terms and Conditions, your mileage account balance will be updated in approximately 60-75 days, depending on your airline.
Air Incentives is fulfilling your order on behalf of Microsoft®.

What's next?
"Thanks, your mileage account balance will be updated by approximately the next solstice..."
Fewer mileage rewards and now it takes more time...

Probably because they need extra time to make sure no one is getting more than their allotted redemptions under the new T&C. After all, BEFORE it took them 3-4 weeks to process requests when there were no restrictions at all...
Will be interesting to see if indeed fewer people are able to get multiple redemptions through now that LSC/AI will be taking *double* the time to scrutinize redemption requests. If not, it just indicates what a totally inefficent bunch of dolts are running this railroad.

Some time between 1/11, when I did a redemption and received the old 15-30 days message, and 1/15, when I did another redemption and received the new 60-75 days message. It remains to be seen whether both of these post because they are both for 2500 AA miles and, of course, when they post.

I'm not usually such an optimist, but maybe they're just tired of all the emails they get saying "It's been over 30 days, so where are my miles?" and are wanting people to have to wait longer before making enquiries -- in the hope that sometimes things are just slow to happen but will happen eventually without someone actually investigating. Think about it -- if this had been the standard response back in November nobody would be complaining now that their miles were so long overdue.
Or maybe they're just recognizing the popularity of these awards and AI's apparent inability to process them promptly, and are trying to make AI's inefficiency look 'normal'?
It will be interesting to see if there actually is a real dearth of redemptions between mid-Feb (30 days after the mid-Jan change) and the middle of March (60 days after the mid-Jan change). Hmmm, I seem to recall that the Ides of March was an inauspicious time, so perhaps I should withdraw my earlier optimism.

I redeemed for 2500 AA miles last night at 8:25 p.m. and got the standard 15-30 days message. Now if I have to wait 60-75 days for redemptions, I might be too old and sickly to fly by the time I redeem for an award!

Glad to get these, but this confirms all of our late Nov. US redemptions and late Nov. - first week of Dec. AAredemptions are still lost in the ether...
Late Nov?!
In some ways, it makes it all easier. Play what you're willing to toss, in regards to time. Submit the redemptions, they appear or they don't. It was great when you could get postings to hit, with a schedule. Now, it's sort of "throw it at the wall, and see what sticks".
