I never use help, except for the searches themselves when I get stuck. It really doesn't take long to get up to speed on the new ones, especially if you have a good memory. I don't, so sometimes I spend precious seconds trying to remember what I answered that last time I saw that clue.
Really, it becomes rote after a while, but I find that doing Flexicons holds my interest far more than the Chicktionary-type puzzles, even though with those I do use an anagram solver, and can finish them faster. I guess it's a matter of taste.
Multiple postings from US and one AA today. Confirmations match up with late Dec. redemptions.
Glad to get these, but this confirms all of our late Nov. US redemptions and late Nov. - first week of Dec. AAredemptions are still lost in the ether...

Checked my AA account this morning and had received 1600 miles from LSC.
1 - 100 miler redeemed 12/20 - Shows being posted on AA as of 1/11
1 - 500 miler redeemed 12/20 - Shows being posted on AA as of 1/11
1 - 1000 miler redeemed 12/17 - Shows being posted on AA as of 1/8*

That's because, I also had a 1000-miler redeemed on 12/9 that should have posted by now, but hasn't. Haven't received any "Posting Complete" emails from AI/LSC, so I can't definitively track which of the 1000 mile requests noted above actually made it through.
However, I assume the 12/9 one must have vaporized since it should have posted before this. Emailed AI a week or so ago, and have gotten no response. (So what else is new?!)
At least the 12/9 one is just missing in action. A 11/12 redemption for 2500 miles never appeared AND has completely disappeared from my Prize Redemption History! And, no... the miles *were not* credited back to my account.
Still completely baffled as to what is going on, but it was a relief and a real surprise to see the above miles in my account today. Just wish the 3500 more I'm missing would be deposited, but have a feeling I'd be better off just chalking them up to "part of the LSC experience" and moving on...
Nearly total frustration again. One redemption of 1000 miles posted but not sure of redemption date. Was stil expexting 3 at 1000 and 1 at 2500 from last week and close to same again this week from the 3 people in family depositing to 1 account. No email confirmation yet so dont know which one this is. Guess 1000 is better than nothing but frustrating when it should be closer to 11000 over those 2 weeks. Also did receive a follow up email from LSC this am finally which states they are escalating to research area. Guess thats slightly better than nothing. Hopefully my logging in during day didnt block any type of file deposits they were doing

I would have expected this, however, as in every other situation on here, there are other FF's doing the same thing with successful redemptions. In fact that is some of the advice given - create a new account, etc. Also - when we were doing Midwest we also both redeemed into the same account. And when we have redeemed - they are normally only one account redeeming per week to try to keep things clean. Sometimes another may cross at beginning or end of week. Hopefully once I get the notification of redemption (two weeks ago they showed up on Wed. The week before they showed up a week late), I can at least figure out what is crediting and from what week.
When does the 'new day' begin for these things so that you can earn new tickets?
It seems to be around 7:30 PM PST for the games and some time around 11PM PST for that silly search perks thing. Of course I'm not really certain on either.

I finished earning my 1000 tickets last night around 8:45PM (PST).
That would imply right at this moment (4:15 PM PST, as it would be UST 0:15), I should be able to earn more tickets. But, I still get the you've earned your daily limit message.
