again, have any of you that received the multiple redemptions not allowed had your miles redeposited yet?
And still no response to my e-mail inquiry to them other than the auto-response. If they are going to ban the multiple redemptions then I just want them to redeposit so I can order something.
I am still a nice 65,000 miles up on two different airlines (possibly a bit more or less) between all family redemptions so it hasn't been a waste of my time. Only totally missing things right now are the ones that should have been deposited last week - 5500 miles. After that there are an additional 27,500 from redemptions from husband & myself & daughter through current date. So it would be VERY nice if they came through.
Correct, nothing makes sense on how AI and LSC are distributing and depositing miles, some people are still banking multiple mile awards, and others are not.
I still think that LSC is just letting old miles cycle through the system for now, but who knows for sure.
It is all pure speculation right now.
As for your current missing miles, hopefully they will post for you.
What I am anxious to see, is if they enforce the one prize per household rule, or is it per person per household, in the future, on the other hand, it would seem impossible to enforce that one, another clear as mud rule.
I know I am not the first to post this... but I am still so surprised at the extreme limit. I can see stopping the 100k plus. But don't they realize the usage by people after the ff miles? How many will stop using the site once they've maxed out? Now, maybe that came from the airlines, I don't know. But I do hope that they come to their senses and change again- to maybe 5 of each. Because really, why play? How many people are that desparate for a t-shirt or Cuisanart?
I would like to know how they define a "household" in terms of FF accounts. Unlike the prizes that have to be physically shipped, how would they know?
More importantly, WHY are they doing this? If they want people to play the games and generate hits on Live Search, WHY are they scaring away a large part of their customer base?
I noticed by transaction reference that there seems to be an average of 280-320 redemptions per day but I am not sure if that is only for FF miles or includes their other prizes.

They don't, but do you expect them to write "yeah we can't check it"?

I highly doubt the hits that LSC generates have any real meaning. The idea behind LSC isn't so much to artificially inflate their search numbers, but to make people try and ultimately use live search outside the context of LSC.
I'm actually quite surprised that they put stuff like the xbox back into the redemption list. But let's face it, 1000 tickets = 10$ donation, you're not doing anything really productive so m$ is wasting lots of money on it. The only productive game could be "picture this" (flag fitting images, report not fitting ones), makes me wonder if they trust that data input though.
That said, their only communication channel seems to be the T&C page and their clueless copy and paste drones. That's a pretty horrible way to handle business and potentially create lots of frustration, not exactly a good incentive to switch to microsoft.

Reported back, Posting Complete emails for all:
YZ 1000 x1 & 100 x1, 12/20 redemptions, 1/11 postings.
Reports back of entire chunks of calendars missing from postings. No discernable logic of how/why, no pattern to not posting. Just big chunks of time... gone.

No one knows for sure, but "household" most likely is the address that is on the FF account.
Why are they doing this? It is a Microsoft product, need I say more?
LSC club really has never been about earning hard cash revenues, it has been more about exposure for MS and their "search engine".
As far as running their customer base off, yes, they probably are running a few people off due to prize restrictions. However, I would venture to guess that that the amount of people being impacted by the miles prize restrictions is very small compared to the overall amount of people playing the game.
Yes, the whole LSC club experience is quite frustrating, I think that everyone agrees.

So, do have any more awards outstanding? Or are you current?
