Me too, nothing has posted since 11/3, so I emailed LSC, and this is the response I got.
Hello, This is in response to your email regarding Live Search Club. According to the terms and conditions you would only be able to order one of each prize per household. To comply with the terms and conditions, one of your orders will be honored and the others will be credited back to your account.
I replied and said these redemtions were done before the T&C changes. I doubt they'll agree but at least I tried.
Well, at least they are telling you your miles will be re-credited to your account. My miles haven't posted - in fact suddenly last week the entire transaction for 2500 AA miles from 11/12 completely disappeared from my redemption history!
Not one word from them voluntarily or in response to my email of a few weeks ago about what happened to my redemption.
I'm beyond disappointed. We're talking totally disgusted with the lot of them, now, given the way they are treating people who earned *them* millions of hits on their search engine, and they don't even have the decency to explain why they're reneging on their end of the bargain.
I do have Search Perks installed. I'm still waiting for those tickets to be converted to my regular account. I think it's to happen in March or April.
Don't hold your breath. The way things are going, you probably won't be able to redeem your points for FF miles, anyway.
"Approximately three weeks after SearchPerks! ends on April 15, 2009, participants who complete the promotion will receive by email information on how to redeem their tickets."
God knows what that means.
But, if you're already participating and want to see what Microsoft pulls this time, don't uninstall the Search Perks program from your computer. If you do, you forfeit ALL the points you may have collected via Search Perks along the way.

So are they saying that we can redeem for each airline and each different number of miles for a combination of around 20 different awards? Or is it just 1 redemption for each mileage value 100-1000-2500?

Yes, it is one of the most poorly run/managed things that I have ever seen. Being a Microsoft product, are we really surprised?
From the time this thing launched a few years back, it has had a constant stream of problems and issues, with no end in sight...however, there were some easy miles to be earned for awhile.
As for the the folks that are missing many miles, keep contacting customer service until you get a satisfactory response.

We don't know the answer to that question yet because the redemptions after the explicit change in the T&C's (with the example) have not posted yet.
Many redemptions from before the T&C changes still haven't posted.
....and many multiple redemptions have posted after the change in the T/C.....so nothing is clear cut at the moment...only time will tell, although it is possible that LSC is simply cleaning out the old miles....

Save for the final DL redemption I expect Monday, I've received everything I redeemed from LSC except for losing the phantom 250 points for a 100 mile redemption I "made" a few months ago.

Geez, you are down 27k? Yes, this would certainly annoy me as well if they fail to post...yes, if we look back over the past year or so, it has been fun and profitable...and frustrating at times.

But is that for EACH airline? In other words can you do each mileage amount for each different airline. If I am going to play anyway I could still spread it around.

Somewhat more than little. That's why I can't complain too much about this. I just should have stuck to AA. That was going fine.

Post #3168 dated 12/19/08 was the first time that LSC explicitly indicated that one could only redeem 1 of each of the four different mileage prizes. We already know that many people have continued to get multiple bonuses for the same mileage for redemptions after 11/21/08, so it is clear that that particular date was not a line in the sand from LSC's perspective.
The next key redemption date is 12/19/08. If people report that they redeemed the same award for the same airline post-12/19, we will know that LSC was either bluffing or doesn't yet have the ability to restrict redemptions. The other unknown is whether the same mileage award can be redeemed for two or more different airlines post-12/19.
