Some have reported doing the games in about an hour which I can't fathom but I assume they are even faster typers and very fast internet connections. One basic thing about using any of the solvers is to have split screens with your solver screen on the left half side and your game screen on the right half side in order to save you from toggling back and forth on the screens. Other than than, I'm not sure why it would take you 4 hours or anything close to that. My friend is a slow typer at around 20 wmp and it takes him a bit less than 2 hours. When doing Flexicon, some of the best advice I got here was to do it on Firefox (since this seems to prevent the screen from constantly jumping to the bottom randomly) and to click on the magnifying glass no more than 4 times consecutively fast before pausing for a brief spell in order to avoid constantly setting off the captcha boxes.
It was definitely my anagram solver - I was going back to it for every word, and it never gave me single words, just mashed together strings of words that were hard to read. Now, I'm using anagrammer.com and it's easier since it has the words lined up in single file on the left side, so I can do multiple windows. So, I just finished 1000 points in 95 minutes (still slower than you all, but getting better!). I can't get Flexicon solved any quicker than 4 hours for 1000 points, though - it takes brain power, while the others do not.

Hopefully I can get 10,000 miles out of this somehow before the program goes south.

JohnInNYC,

If you find four hours unfathomable, I am sure you'd drop over of a heart attack to know that sometimes it has taken me up to eight hours to rack up the maximum 1000 points per day!

Not everyone has the luxury of the latest whiz-bang computer or a high-speed internet connection -- all the more reason it is really annoying when LSC points don't post as they should given the "investment" earning them involves.

Best,
TMichaels

Actually, you can do 5 times quickly. I only get captchas if I don't pay attention and do six in a row. At home my best speed for solving a Flexicon is just under 2 minutes, but with a fast connection I can get it down some, unless I run into some clues I have to look up. That doesn't happen often nowadays.

YIPEE!!
My 2500 miles redemption on AA from 12/9 posted today!!!
I was sweating after having 2 1000 mile awards posting a few weeks ago. Now lets see if I can get a new one to post to the same account.
I keep going to AA since I can turn them into Hilton points sooner or later.

Congrats to all you AA's! I am now officially missing 4 redemptions from that week - 3 @ 1000 and 1 @ 2500. This is the first missing from all the last few weeks.

You actually can do six in a row as long as they are the last six in the puzzle. The captcha is overridden by the "saving score" window.

Just trying to save everyone an extra three seconds total per session.

Weird thing just happened. I didn't order any prizes but 1500 'tickets' were taken out of my account for Air Miles I didn't order. Anyone got a clue what is going on?

Yeah, I noticed that, too. I always expect the captcha to pop up on the next puzzle, but it doesn't.

Wow, that is odd, you don't see that very often, if at all. So unless you are running some sort of bot, or gaming the system in some sort of way, you gotta figure that this is a very odd system error...and it is quite possible that your miles may come back at any time.

I keep getting an error when I try to load any page, including the home page. Perhaps they're having issues today?

Click on the FAQ link on the error page, sign-in on that page when it loads, works fine from there

I have not had any miles post to my Alaskan Airline account since redeeming in early November. Has anyone else experienced this?

My 2500 miles redeemed on 12/14 got posted yesterday. Ok, I guess I'm going to try for another 2500 and see if they cut me off.

I'm kind of getting a half story here, can someone clarify?

I know that they now limit the redemptions to one of each type per airline mile award (100, 500, 1000, 2500).

Okay - but, can multiple accounts be deposited into the same account? Ie. can I redeem 2500 into my AA account 10 times?

How strict is this threat to check my playing for "Fair Use" and deny miles if I am found to be "cheating". Has anyone been denied? I'm using Anagramssolved's auto typing scripts
