Have an additional 1000-mile one that was requested on 12/9. Going to be interesting to see whether it shows up next week...

BTW, have you any idea why Microsoft might have cancelled your order?
Were you using some sort of "playing aid?" Do you play on more than one account? Have all your redemptions been funneled to the same FF account? Are you or others "pooling" miles into one FF account?
I have one account, but my uncle has another and been directing his deposits to my FF account in hopes of helping me get enough miles for a trip. Up until the beginning of November, his redemptions were going through to my account just fine.
Anyone else who's missing miles want to share details about how they play and/or how they have redeemed their points?
Just trying to figure out if there's a pattern to the madness since there are so many individuals with missing miles from early November -- miles that were earned and redeemed BEFORE the change in the T&C.
I wonder if they just don't have some stupid lost file for that time frame or something.
We got 1 from 11/25 (me) and 2 from DH (11/25 & 11/28) - both into the same AA account. I had been putting all of mine in Midwest but after I reached an award level decided we might be better off 'pooling' them into one account at AA with more flight options and a nearer connecting airport. Figure if I only have to drive an hour to the airport, get there an hour early vs. 3.5 hours to airport for Midwest & 2+ hours early, it doesn't take very long to offset that 6.5 to 7 hour flight vs. the 4 hour flight. Plus parking is less than half the price at the smaller one. But no choc. chip cookies..................

I'm also missing miles from the early Nov redemption - actually from early Nov all the way to Dec. Contacted airincentive and they replied said no transaction was found with my confirmation #. So maybe they did lose some file? (or at least I hope so)... don't know if/how they are going to resolve this.
BTW, yes, it's multiple-LSC accounts to the same FF account. In my opinion, it should go thru till at least 11/21 which is the T&C changes.

I've scanned the thread and am not sure about all miles lost between 11/1/ and 11/15. I redeemed points for Delta Skymiles 7x from Nov. 3 to Nov. 15. All 7 mileage requests posted to my Delta account by Dec. 22. Am I just one of a very few lucky ones? I do print out each redemption and have a filing system for each transaction. All postings are accounted for, with none lost in that black hole, thankfully.

I am roughly in the same boat, I had several redemptions, all DL, up through about November 16 or so. and all managed to post within 20 days or so, and all redemptions are accounted for me thus far.
I have been around for over a year now and the longest I have had to wait for miles to post, was in excess of 45 days I think, and a few were actually more than that. So for those still waiting, don't give up hope quite yet, as AI is one one of the most inept processing companies around, but eventually they usually get most everything posted.

Have you contacted LSC? I got the reply from points.com - they said they could not find the transaction and asked me to contact lsclub@microsoft.com. Have you emailed them? what's their reply?

Don't count it. LSC's customer support is one of the worst I've seen. First, they don't get back to you after at least a week. Then sometimes they tell me my order has already been processed (yet no miles were posted) and some times they tell me the orders are still in processing (already after 30 days) and other times, they just reply and say a bunch of things that don't make any sense at all.

Today I had an email that confirmed my 2 postings to AA for 1000 miles each from 11/25 and 11/29 were in my account. The postings are dated in the AA account as 12/17 and 12/21. I am still waiting for a 2500 mile posting in AA from 12/9, so maybe the 1 item per account is really not valid for miles. I on'y go for AA miles since I can turn them into Hilton points in the future. I have not played Flexicon much since the new puzzles came out since I am stuck on the vestment clue!!

Merry Christmas from Air Incentives. I had 1,000 DL miles post today (12/25). I redeemed it on 12/3. I also had 1,000 miles post on 12/22 (11/30 redemption)
Delta left me a present for a 1k posting from a 12-3 redemption. That must be the cut off date for this Thursday as I also have a few 12-4 redemptions that didn't get to post yet.
I have very few miles on any of the participating airlines with the exception of (DL) NW.
Which airline gives me the best value for mileage redemption? Meaning, which would have the most availability at the cheapest mileage levels and would have the fewest restrictions? I suppose this is somewhat of a judgment call but I am especially interested because I am looking to figure out with which airline to redeem a bunch of miles.
Does anyone ever redeem on US? I went back over some old posts and most people are redeeming on AA and DL. I was just wondering what the cut off day is and how long they take to post?
For example AA cut off is a Sunday and they are currently posting 4 weeks later.
