Pros: Frequent Shopper is much less time consuming, and those prizes seem a bit better.

The maximum number of credits you may earn in one day is 100 credits, but one can generally achieve that in less than 20 minutes.

Cons: Each household may receive a maximum quantity of one prize item over a 180-day period and a maximum quantity of ten prizes over the life of the Program. The value of your prizes in a calendar year may not exceed U.S. $500.

Tks for the heads up on this program. I never even heard of it before! 20 minutes a day sounds good to me! I suspect it'll take me awhile to figure out the most efficient ways of getting the points. Too bad they don't offer FF miles!

When you can type fastly, you can do 1000 tickets within the hour.

And you can have more then one account (for example, use one account for each carrier you want to get miles for). Maybe it is possible to have more accounts to redeem to one carrier, but this is maybe asking for problems. I've not read anybody who did this.
My wife and I have sometimes been on separate computers in the same room and have gotten each other a partners in Picture This. You can actually max out at 1039 points per day when you do this, as you can get 40 points per game in a 2 minute picture this.

I believe that some people may have multiple accounts but don't talk about it in this thread because of the danger of it being monitored. Enough said.

1000 tickets per day max = 365,000 per year total maximum divide by 4300 tickets per redemption = 84,883 miles per year @ 2500 miles per posting, under the old limits.

Toss in few multiple playing accounts and there you have it.

Given the fact that everyone is now capped on miles prize redemptions (4100 miles maximum), of course, get what you can, but it won't be much.

As soon as my redemptions are capped, I am done here.

Have you read post #3034 (mentioned in my quote)? AFAIK there will be no cap on miles prize redemptions (as stated in post #3034)

Just FYI for those playing along at home. Mile redemptions are now capped as of the second or third week of November, as per the change/update in terms and conditions.

There have been different responses from customer service, which does create a bit of confusion...however it is clearly posted on the LSC site now....however if people begin getting multiple postings from DECEMBER redemptions, then we will know that things are not correct in the LSC rules and regulations.

A maximum of (1) mile redemption of each variety, per household, maximum.

This is taken from the LSC site and is quite clear...

"Redeem your tickets for airline miles with Alaska, American Airlines, Delta, Frontier, Hawaiian, Midwest, and US Airways! You will receive MILES frequent flyer miles with one of these participating airlines. Please note you may only order one of each prize item per household. For airline miles your household may receive no more than one of each quantity of airline miles that is offered in the prize mall (for example, your household may order one of each of the following, when offered in the prize mall: 100 airline miles; 500 airline miles; 1000 airline miles and 2500 airline miles)."

How is this different than what freakazoid posted awhile back?

It is the same information, my post it nothing more than a refresher post for the benefit of those who may have missed his earlier post regarding the LSC changes.

Let's try the math again:

365,000 tickets divided by 4300 tickets per redemption=84.9 redemptions; round down to 84.

84 redemptions multiplied by 2500 miles per redemption= 210,000 miles.

Too bad the rules have changed!

Still waiting on two AA redemptions from late November. If they are rejected (since I had redeemed previously), will I at least get the points back?

I stand corrected! Thanks for the correction.

Yikes! How did I miss that one?

I tried this game but it seems like whichever partner the computer picks, we never seem to be in synch. I guess there isn't a way to chose your online partner for this game? I assume you meant that you got your wife as a partner by sheer luck or coincidence?

My guess is that the 'household' would be classified as the FF Account. But who knows. It's still accepting 1000 mile redemptions on the same account. So we'll find out in January when it gets to credit time - see if they credit or disappear or refund.

PS - thanks for the MSN Shopping link. Rather fun for a change.
