Well, recently quite a few people reported they got various redemptions (redeemed in Nov) posted for their Delta/AA accounts, but unfortunately I am one of those who are still waiting for "all" my Nov redemptions (only caught up on 10/31), I have a feeling that they are monitoring us somehow (or blacklist?? hope not)...
I dont see why it would matter if they are monitoring. I haven't done anything to break the old ToC so I really dont see how they can blacklist me. And yea I am missing every single one of my redemptions from Nov3 until now.
I had 2500 HA for 11/11 that posted on 12/2. 2500 HA for 11/17 that posted on 12/12 and 2500 HA for 11/15 that posted on 12/6. The Thanksgiving holiday messed things up. Still have 2 2500 HA that was ordered on 11/25. We'll see if that posts on 12/9?

Limit on prizes
Hi everyone. I'm just getting back from Mexico and saw the new Terms/Conditions. Is it true that we can only redeem for a particular set of miles (ie 1800 miles for 1000 AA miles) a single time? This would be a disaster. Say it isn't so.
If I'm not getting any AA posting tomorrow, I'm going to quit playing. That would be four weeks of no AA posting (last posting on 11/14 for 10/30 redemption). It's quite frustrating for spending so much time but not getting rewarded.
If you haven't gotten your miles then I doubt any mailing to microsoft is going to change that. They removed it from the posting list for whatever reason they had and like MS would care enough to reinstate or reinvestigate it. We have no business relationship with them, we're paying them no money, guess your chances.
Harassing them about "will only be 1 miles request allowed from now on" will at least make sure, if it slipped them for any reason, that they'll check into it. In less then two weeks the new redemptions are due to post, just wait and see. The current offset between redemptions and posting is 21 days plus any delay from your airline (aa only posts every tuesday etc.), US/F9/YX and any other instant poster are done today with any postings before the break, AA etc. will be done throughout this week. Given that they reopened on 25. nov, we should know on 17. dec if they will still allowed multiple redemptions.

And here's another grey area. Even if you can only have one mileage redemption for each, there are multiple possibilitite. Does that mean we can have one for each airline available or just one award period?
They need to get the T&C's right. This is frustrating.
I noticed that this offer is currently unavailable. Does anyone know if this is a periodic offer or is it something probably gone for good. If there's a decent chance it will come back, I'll generate some points and wait.

I also wouldn't keep pushing them about whether or not it is one redemption on each FF level. We are obviously redeeming more than one time, so we need to have that bit of patience and see if they go through. If people keep saying, 'Well it says we can only get one but you are letting us get more' they just might change it. The nice thing about the miles for them is that they do not have to 'order' XX number of mugs, digital frames, tshirts etc in varying colors or sizes etc. They simply forward the order to points and no inventory needs to be managed or shipped.
AA multiple postings today
3x2500 miles corresponding to prizes of Nov. 11, 14 and 16.
between Calhk posting and mine we have the full week of Nov. 10 to Nov 16.
I just tried to redeem 1000 miles.
I went all the process up to the last step where you have to wait up to 90 seconds, and when I should get the confirmation number, a message shows up saying something like that miles can't be redeem at this moment, try again in 1 or 2 days.
The problem is that the 1800 tickets were discounted and the prize is listed as ordered in my status page:
1000 Frequent Flyer Miles 12/09/2008 1,800
I did not received the confirmation mail.
Did I loose the tickets?
Anyone with a similar experience in the past?
