This is so parelleing the last big change... items would come and go, new items would come and go, miles came and went, and it took about a day for all the prizes to sort themselves out. Then the next day, redemptions starting working again. We can only hope the history repeats itself.
Last time this happened, this is how it happened. The redemption award levels trickled in one at a time, then they would redeem randomly, then they would redeem predictably. We could look back in the thread history for details, then again, we're up to 160+ pages in this thread, so it would be a long look.
Please note... 100 and 1000 mile redemption costs have not gone up. This is exciting news! 1000 mile redemptions was, and still is, 1800 tickets.
Also, we haven't seen any miles, or any point refunds (has anyone had their points refunded?). Over here, we're going to tread lightly for a little bit, and see if we either see miles, refunds, or some sort of specific announcement that miles are "ok".
Look at it this way... if LSC can get this sorted out by next week, and miles post as they once did... it's going to be a very joyful Christmas once they start posting again.

Joyful Christmas as long as we are allowed to keep redeeming. Worst case scenario, we won't be able to redeem to our usual FF accounts because we already redeemed once . My hope is not gone though.

Just seems sort of high for a 1gb unit, they practically give those away now. If an 8gb unit shows up, then we're talking interest.
The bottle's back, so the prizes are still shuffling.
LSC doesn't appear to be using Akami, kinda curious what their hosting back-end is. I suspect that the push is to get the sight cleaned up by Black Friday, it's just that the cleanup process is taking long enough.

Yes, I have had tickets refunded. Before going on vacation, I redeemed 4300tickets for AA miles. When I returned, the 4300 were back in my account.
Hmmm...so it's become a fun (and annoying) game - everytime I hit the website today, a different set of prizes are offered. But the elusive 2500 miles award still hasn't made an appearance yet.
The 500 and 1000 frequent flyer miles are back on the prize list. However, when I tried to redeem, you just keep going back to the page where you enter your account information. Has anyone gotten through the whole process without getting kicked back since the ff miles returned?
And I was just about to redeem for it.
. My hope is not gone though.
