Yes I didn't, and if you feel that it's a problem to take a short view on the "song downloads" offer of lsc, in the lsc thread after the song downloads were mentioned a few times I can't help it.

Well, I am still missing a ton of miles from the end of last month / early this month. Aside from that, few complaints about the program - have earned well more than a domestic F ticket since June. Plus, the noise canceling headset with microphone that finally arrived after 5 months does work very well for Skype, was only 1,500 points.

I too, am still waiting for four redemptions...it seems like LSC and AI are going back to their old inept ways of processing...who knows...anyway, this has happened more than once in the past and it usually came back within a few weeks or so...we are at time that now.

For those still waiting on their miles to post, send an email from the help page if desired, and include your confirmation number, maybe one of us will get a decent response from customer service.

Here is today's typical response...

Dear Live Search Club Participant,
Thank you for contacting Live Search Club Customer Support. We have received your inquiry and will respond within the next 2 business days. We hope you are enjoying the games and appreciate hearing from our Club members.
Kind Regards
Live Search Club Support

FYI, physical products that had been held up (tracking numbers showed them all not picked up yet) are not moving, so maybe the big drain has been unclogged. We can hope miles start trickling in soon. I will be watching my YX, which should be the first to post.

100 FF Mileage prize back

Hopefully this is a good sign:

The 100 FF miles for 250 tickets is back. I clicked on it, but didn't redeem as I'm hoping the 2500 FF miles will return soon.

I really hope LSC doesn't allow only 1 lifetime redemption per account.

Not really a sign I'm afraid, like two days ago it's here but not working. Probably will be removed soon.

The LSC website is "fixed" such that it doesn't work with Firefox right now . . .

I noticed tonight that the 100 miles for 250 points was back. Tried to redeem and got through to the last page, confirm order. I got the error message that "Points were not redeemed. Please contact airincentives@points.com". I did so and will report back what I hear. Will continue to hope they'll bring something back I can use.

Note that they have prizes up to 8,200 points again - nothing I would want, but it is progress.

Do all these issues with LSC perhaps suggest MS has some serious IT issues?

I've not been a MS detractor in the past, but if they can't run a simple game site, why should I think they can do anything?

How many weeks has it been with the lame prizes? Who would spend any time at all earning tickets so, as someone said on another site "want to put on your twill cap and meet up for a game of netball?"

Although it seems like endless, I believe it was only one week ago when they removed FF miles and two for most of the other stuff. But like you said it's hard to image that something as simple as this shop/game could really pose a problem to them, so who knows what sort of stuff they're trying to do in the background. As long as MS sees no need for a community representive we most likely will never know. Beats me why they're not at least trying to run a news site and give themself a bit more human touch. Anyways with more prizes we can really hope they'll get FF miles back into the mix and working.

The Swiss Army laptop case doesn't look too bad. I'll pass on the water bottle for 2600 tickets though.

Yeah....it's progress...

Note - LSC states that there's a LSC logo on the final product, so I think it might look horrible. Potentially not something I would put my FT luggage tag on.

As far I know the LSC logo is "club.live.com". I wasn't able to see anything else on T-Shirts and on Tumbler. The thing is definitely not that bad and I really hope, that tomorrow will be better than today, because I just started to work on this bag, which means, it should stay there, where it currently stays for the next 8 days
