I haven't been able to get on all day using firefox, but I just tried IE and it went through. I was a little worried that I was banned.

I've had fairly decent success with Firefox... so it should work I'd think...

Did anyone else have their number of lifetime tickets reset to 0? (No, I haven't redeemed any of my tickets yet.) The odd thing is that it says I have 2,900 tickets but 0 lifetime...?

Me. Since I can still play a game of Flexicon and get tickets I'm going to assume this is just a bug.

I just logged into mine and its fine, so if its a bug, its not a system wide bug.

I had that happen too. Not sure if that means you're blocked, or just a bug. With the other issues that have been happening, I am hoping a bug.

My Lifechat LX-3000 headset arrived today. The order was placed 1/14/08 so less than the 12 weeks they were stating it would take to arrive. No shipping confirmation was sent by Microsoft but from what I've read that's not uncommon either.

Guess I'll keep playing Flexicon in my spare time.

My miles to both Alaska Air and Hawaiian Air both posted this morning, so looks like the "lifetime" tickets problem is just a bug.
