I had a couple of redemptions kicked back too (apparently). From what I can figure out, the e-mail address you put in when you redeem now has to match the e-mail address of the account - before it didn't seem to matter.

DL is back available.

I don't think my redemption has been kicked back because my miles from that account posted the day before.

Does it matter to MSN if you have two different accounts for two people in the household which you access from the same computer? I have been playing my husband's account from his laptop and this morning, for the first time, I go to the home page of club live and click on "sign in" and it goes to that page, but doesn't load. I thought it was a problem with the website, but on my home computer, the page loads fine. I'm thinking I'll have to play on his account from my home computer. Not sure if this will be a problem. Any thoughts?

I had the same problem I think it has to do with the browser cookies, just clear them. In my case I clear the authenticated sessions on FF and problem solved.

What makes you think it matters now?

I usually put in my "main" e-mail account and it always worked. Today I did that and it said "invalid e-mail" but when I put in the account's e-mail, it worked.

do you just mean that the email address you enter when redeeming has to match the LSC account? or the DL, AA, etc account? sorry for the confusion.

Omm, I just tested with one more redemption and still put my 'main' email account (not matching LSC email) and it went through!

If you do get sent to the search part of the page, clicking near the top of the window and hitting the PageUp button gets you back to the game pretty quickly. Also, don't enter each answer as soon as you key it in, as this increases the number of times your view gets moved down to the search area -- but note the next paragraph as well.

As for captchas, I find I get them only if I try to submit more than four answers for searching/checking in quick succession. I can click four times quickly without a problem, but five times invariably brings up a captcha. So I click four times and pause before clicking more. You might try and see whether this works for you. It may depend on internet connection speed, so you may find your trigger number is not five. If so, let us know what yours is.

I presume connection speed also affects how quickly games can be played. I use anagramssolved in one window when doing that sort of game in an adjacent window, but there's no way I could achieve the speeds reported by others here. I know it's partly because I still like to play the game a bit and see what I can think up myself rather than just copying everything I see in the other window, but even if I did just copy I couldn't do nearly as well as some others do.
Tks Mike for the suggestions. I used Firefox and sure enough, it rarely scrolled to the bottom of the page. Before with IE, it would do that about a dozen times per puzzle! 4 seems to be the limit for me also as far quick clicks before setting off captchas.

Now I see from some of the previous posts of someone being able to max out on the word games in about 45 minutes and others on Flexicon for less than an hour!
I'm amazed because I consider myself a pretty fast typist and the quickest I can max out on word games is 1 hour and 20 minutes with no breaks and almost close to 1:40 on Flexicon! You fast dudes oughta hire yourself out!

I believe they recently removed a couple of the buggier puzzles from Flexicon, resulting in a lower cap. They may have done the same with Matt Lauer.

Email match the LSC account - not the airline one. But susie's post has a different experience - so who really knows.

I've always had my miles deposited and when I sent the miles to a FF account that isn't mine I always use my e-mail and not the FF account. So maybe it depends on the airline. I use DL and AA.
