redeemed yesterday, successfully, with no surprises....
I redeemed another 2500 AA miles last night about 8 hours before your post went up. It has never asked me for a post code, just the name on the account, account number and they sent me an email confirmation. I can see in old posts that other Aussies have successfully redeemed for miles though I know LSC won't SHIP things out of the USA.
Since I am new at this and seem to be redeeming every 4.5 days, I may have another two in before I see any action from AA.
Programs: DL/NW Plat, BD *G, Hyatt Diam, Hertz 5*. Other programs: AA, CO, UA, Choice, HH, SPG, Club Cholula

Yeah in FF - I figured it might be OK to visit Microsoft's websites using IE, which is working (and is now not working). Will try again in the morning.
I am getting this for the home page and I am using IE.
Server Error in '/' Application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Runtime Error
Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine.
Details: To enable the details of this specific error message to be viewable on remote machines, please create a <customErrors> tag within a "web.config" configuration file located in the root directory of the current web application. This <customErrors> tag should then have its "mode" attribute set to "Off".
Notes: The current error page you are seeing can be replaced by a custom error page by modifying the "defaultRedirect" attribute of the application's <customErrors> configuration tag to point to a custom error page URL.
ive been getting the same thing for the past 2 hrs on and off...also using ie. ive been able to play word slugger for the past 10 min, but now im getting a communication error.
I am having no problem playing in Firefox, but I get a run time error in Explorer! Makes no sense. *sigh* But at least I can do it in Firefox.
On a different note, does anyone know if they are really going to add more puzzles to the games. I have maxed out a bunch of games including Clink and Flexicon and it has been months in the case of clink, and at least a month in the case of Flexicon since I did so, and no new games have been added - I check every day or so.

im getting the run time error in firefox too. as far as new games go...ive been maxed out on flexicon, crosswire, chicktionary, matt lauer, and spelling bee for anywhere from 1-3 months. flexicon has been the longest. i dont think they'll be adding more puzzles.

I'm getting the runtime error in IE and opera. I haven't been able to play at all today.
The answers for Chicktionary are sometimes naughty words. I generally find myself amused rather than offended. You'd think someone at Microsoft would have screened for things like that.
