Thanks! I gave it a try and it's working fine now. I didn't realize there were 4 little puzzles in each group.
This is addictive, I can't wait to get my first batch of 2500 miles, I will qualify tomorrow for 4300 points.
What's the maximum points you can earn? I would like to at least put 25,000 in my husband's account and maybe 25,000 in mine too to top up what we need for award tickets and save my Starwood points for hotels.
Theoritcally, 86 days of playing should get over 50,000 AA miiles.
Do they do doouble ticket days often?
Maximum points vary from game to game. Flexicon seems to have one of the higher caps, around 35,000 tickets. If you're asking about a lifetime cap on your account, I don't think anyone has yet posted that they have reached an account limit.
Double ticket days are sporadic at best, and certainly seem overdue. There was one on February 26, and another on June 11.

Each game has a limited number of puzzles. The max for Chicktionary, Spelling Bee, and Word Slugger are supposedly around 27,000 I've heard.
If I were you I would start two accounts, one for you and one for your husband. Then you have twice the max you can make. And you can get him hooked on it too.

Chictionary and Spelling Bee (about 23,000 each) are actually less than Word Slugger (which I haven't capped out yet). CrossWire is also supposed to be more than 20,000, which I will hit this evening.
I've been playing a bit of Seekadoo the last few days - I can do a puzzle quicker than a Word Slugger on my new PC at home (six per 10 minutes). Although it's 15 points instead of 20, I recognize that I'm on the verge of maxxing out my fifth game (Matt Lauer done, Chicktionary done, Spelling Bee done, Word Slugger almost done, CrossWire almost done) and need more opportunities.

That's good advice. My wife and I have accounts and we're each saving up for different trips. I'm not a frequent flyer at all. Maybe one trip a year, two if I'm lucky. This deal is a great way to get that once-a-year anniversary trip that we seldom get.
Now I feel guilty if I don't max out my account every day.

That is what I meant-a kifetime cap and also max points per game. My husband isn't computer savvy so I have to do it all but that's ok. Roughly every six weeks, you can get 25,000 AA miles and it is 75,000 miles for Australia to USA/South America or Afirica so that's a free ticket every 19 weeks! Less than a year for two people!
It's taking me about 90 minutes on a laptop to do 1000 points of Chictionary a day, I could go faster if I had a desktop. At least it's mindless and can be done while watching tv. I am not a "frequent" flyer but we take one or two trips a year so this is a boost to our budget!

My husband, my daughter and I all have accounts. I can't always max all of them every day, but I do my best.
Also note that some people in this thread have mentioned that you can feed multiple CL accounts into one FF account if you're careful and do the redemptions on different days.
Another way to do the same thing: I think I may "forget" to put in my FF number next time I apply for a new credit card and see if they assign me a new number. Then I'll have 2 FF accounts I can feed points into, which I can then legitimately merge...
Here is my idea. You all know that one of the prizes from the ClubLive program is donation to charity. If we band together as a group, we can make a big difference in the fundraising for some organizations. I propose, on a voluntary basis, that we each try to donate 100 tickets ($1) each week to a charity or group. If we get 50 members to do this, that's $50 for the group.
Anyone who has a school, group or organization that is non profit can suggest we donate to their cause. I suggest we change the recipient each week, and I have set up blog at http://letsclicktogether.blogspot.com to post the recipient each week.
As a follow up to my post of Sept 16,
October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. This disease effects all of us. We all have mothers, many of us are women, and even men get breast cancer.
To start the month, we are donating to the
Avon Products Foundation
1345 Ave of the Americas
New York, NY
This weekend is the Avon Foundation Walk in New York City. For those who have not heard of this event, it is a 39 mile walk over 2 days held in several cities.
Currently, Club Live and Search and Give users have donated 14 cents to the foundation. This is a good example of how our combined donations can make a difference.
Please donate a dollar (or more) to this organization this week to support the fight against this killer disease.

I highly recommend different weeks, based on my own tests.
As for a lifetime cap, let's just say that you will need a pretty large family to hit the cap for a single airline account. There is one, and it's safe to say you won't earn MM status just from LSC, but a cap does exist.

Did that. I didn't "forget" to put my FF # in, I have email to prove it. But their system assigned me a 2nd number. So I have those FF #'s linked. I have successfully redeemed to both #'s from from two club accounts.
I think "safest" method is to simply use the additional club accounts once you've maxed out all the games you can stand to play. Word Duel takes too damned long depending who I'm playing against, so for me once Chicktionary, Word Slugger, Spelling Bee, Crosswire, Flexicon, Matt Lauer and maybe Seekado are maxed, I'll play some other lesser game so I can at least redeem for a final 1000 miles, and switch accounts permanently.
Actually, I was able to get miles to the same AA account from two different club accounts after I finished both Chicktionary, and SpellingBee, and WordSlugger using one of them. It did work for me. I even used the same email address for confirmation. I need miles for an international trip, and that is at least 40K of miles, and with these three games it's not possible to get 40K miles. At least not after Zune (20K) and stuff related to it (ca. 10K)
Well, everything is nice, but at least two times I was able for some reason to get tickets without any restrictions (>1024tickets/day). That's my question to you, fellows: could someone of you reproduce this behavior?
I'd be happy to spend some Saturday or Sunday for getting as much as it's possible
As for your question... did you continue playing after 8pm EDT? That's when the clock ticks over to a "new day".
Thanks for welcoming me
Yes, it was in the evening, and it was after 8pm EDT (in my case- 5pm PST). Once figured out that I'm still getting tickets, I didn't log off and proceeded with playing. But since this surprise wasn't the expected one, I wasn't in the right shape to enjoy it. I didn't close browser nor turned off my laptop, but on the next day it started to show message about limit.
I've earned at least 2000 tickets, but since I was not sure that this paradise will remain for longer, I tried to work as fast as I could, what made me tired. With other words, user should be prepared to such surprises
