Anyone else having problems with the server on LSC?
LSC ran slow for me last night and I'm still getting communications errors today. I don't seem to have a problem on any other web site.

The site was completely down last night around 3:00am PST, I assumed it was just for maintenance or something. It seems to be working fine now.

I can't log in right now. I get the "Windows Live Network is unavailable" screen right now. I tried multiple browsers too...just to make sure it wasn't a browser issue. I need to get my tickets for today before I got meet up with my friends who are in town visiting.

Definite server performance issues, for the last 12-24 hours. Issues loading new puzzles, and storing finished-game points. Haven't experienced any issues with permanent errors, just too-random short-term time-outs. Hopefully will be fixed sometime tomorrow, as I presume Sat/Sun issues are low-priority (except for total failures).

No issues logging-in, redeeming, or playing, just getting new puzzles, and storing points from completed puzzles.

Definite errors on "Server Unavailable" submitting scores from puzzles - wait until it times out and I'm able to submit again. Last night, the "submit again" part wasn't working.

Does anyone know why after playing Word Duel for a few games FireFox seem to slow to a crawl. I usually have to close all windows and relogin/relaunch again.

On my old computer - Firefox would throw errors about scripts running slowly; are you getting any pop-ups as you play?

In general, across all promotions/etc, my choices are AA (count towards lifetime MM), then HA (combinable, if you have an HA-branded credit/debit card), then AS (lots of redemption partners). Then it depends on my mood that day.

How do the miles work towards lifetime MM? I do not use AA so I am lost. Is this something worth looking into??

As I understand it, all the miles you make in a lifetime from any source count towards your Million Miles. Once you get once million miles you are gold for life. This is an unwritten feature of AA and they could change it, but so far they haven't. I'm working towards this myself.

1 million miles will get lifetime gold. 2 million miles will get you lifetime platinum.

Sorry about that, Tiki...when I responded to your post, I didn't consider that you were unaware of the need to jump from one small puzzle to the next in order to solve the Flexicon. (FYI, just hit the Tab button to move around the four puzzles.) Good luck!

Thanks! I gave it a try and it's working fine now. I didn't realize there were 4 little puzzles in each group.

This is addictive, I can't wait to get my first batch of 2500 miles, I will qualify tomorrow for 4300 points.

What's the maximum points you can earn? I would like to at least put 25,000 in my husband's account and maybe 25,000 in mine too to top up what we need for award tickets and save my Starwood points for hotels.

Theoritcally, 86 days of playing should get over 50,000 AA miiles.

Do they do doouble ticket days often?

I joined in June and haven't seen any announcement of double ticket days (aside from the reference on the site).
