This is discouraging. Of course I can't access it from work but I guess that means I won't be able to earn points when I get home either. Not good!

My first AA credit did take a week longer than expected to post.

Down most of the day and iffy for a while, but now seems more or less back on even keel. Got my award submitted and a confirmation email.

Does anybody know if they get snarky if you max out your points every day? And/or if you do it really fast?

To be fair, that's over 120 pages to read at this point. I tried but just gave up after endlessly reading "Got my miles" and "Redeemed this date, got miles this date."

Perhaps such details could be placed in the first post instead of buried in the thread, which isn't easy to find even with the amazing FT search function.

There has been no mention of people having problems with maxing out their points every day, and in terms of doing it fast - there's a random world challenge that gets chucked up every now and then if it thinks you may be a bot.

I mostly play Flexicon, and I have to deliberately pause a beat every third word confirm or so or else I get those damn Captcha thingies. I still get them every few games - and the 'tween game ones are the incredibly aggravating "colored text on colored background" type. The other day I got one that was yellow text on a tan background. Didn't even try.

Game was back up last night around 7CT, stayed up long enough for me to max out. Haven't looked today.

It's a Flexicon thing. Doesn't matter how fast or slow you type in the solutions, what matters is how quickly you hit the solve button. You may as well hit the solve after every word. See Post 1442 in this thread for an explanation.

As for the Captcha, I just hit enter until there is one I can read. Doesn't seem to matter how many you refuse.

How long does it usually take for points to post from Live Search Club to AlaskaAirlines?

Doug, lili posted this reply a few pages back....

"Yes, I had miles post to Alaska. Redeemed 7/26 posted 8/9 which was quick.

"Last edited by lili : Aug 25, 08 at 5:13 pm."

That's pretty good turnaround time.

Thanks, Pincus, I didn't have time to look it up.

That was my only Alaska posting, and it was quicker than expected. Delta posted about the same time span, and this was just after all the problems with Delta postings were being resolved.

I only do AA now, and it is exactly 19 days + however more days until Tuesday (or late night Monday, since I'm in California)

So I think you have to allow 25-30 days.
