It's still Monday here, just before midnight, but I have faith! Like Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny never comes until you go to sleep

Glad your stuff posted!

Yes, it is - 3 August and 8 August AA postings for me. Most of my redemptions lately have been DL, but I got my luxury itinerary last night (before September 1).

AA Tue! 8/4 posted, 8/11 didnt, so 8/10 appears to be the cut-off (or somewhere in that timeframe). This would make next AA Tue catch-up day, very cool.

Significant issues last night, from about 8:00-9:15pm EST. After 9:20 or so, all returned to normal.

I ask only because I'm four wins away from another award and I've been trying to get them for an hour. (I'm a little obsessive about things like this.) Couldn't get it to work last night either.

I did the same thing to redeem 2,500 miles last night, so I understand completely. There were real problems for most of an hour (as far as I could tell), as well as problems about an hour ago today.

It was fixed overnight, but this morning it's horrendously broken. The generic .NET error in server application message was displaying. Now it's a connection reset. I think my bank would be unamused if I let any of the web apps screw up this badly for over a day.

Are you saying a Microsoft contractor doesn't know how to run a Microsoft server?

I would never speak ill of an orange badger.

And to be fair, while I'm quite capable of maintaining .NET apps and do so to an extent, I spend most of my time dealing with J2EE apps these days.

An oldie but a goodie:

"Failure is not an option. It comes bundled free with your Microsoft product."

I finally got my ticket level and the whole site went south before I could redeem. ARGH! I thought for sure that it would work after my conference call, but even though it lasted for at least a week, subjective, it apparently wasn't long enough to fix the problem.

Yes ... the site won't open up at all for me now and I've been having problems with it since yesterday p.m.

Wow. Many hours later they finally place a Microsoft branded "temporarily down" page up.

The site now has a "Site Down - Come Back Later" screen on the front page.

Whoops, ArizonaGuy beat me to it. Oh, well. Just as well - they might've screwed up my redemption if I'd managed to try to make it.
