I don't have a link, but one of the ways to earn points through NorthWest Airlines current promotion "Miles to Go" is by enrolling in e-rewards. They provide a link on their "Miles to Go" promo page. I am assuming that that amounts to an invitation.
My membership in e-rewards ends in a month. Hopefully I can re-up then and also get the Worldperks promotion points for doing so.

This is from the Delta SkyMiles Partner Page. However, you need to put your Delta SkyMiles account number on the applicatiion:
