I just got those three to go into my account so no clue why they're maxed for some and not for others. Of note, my account is pretty new so maybe they give us newbies a break.

The message "maximum number of redemptions" does not necessarily mean a code is "dead." This has been confirmed repeatedly on Flyertalk.
It could mean that the code is dead.
Or it could mean that the individual account already has entered the code, and of course cannot do so a second time.
The system gens the same error message for both cases.
Technically, I suppose, it is true in both cases. The individual account would have reached its maximum of one redemption. It ought to say that "you" already redeemed it, but apparently it's too hard to make the software do that.
So folks, please stop reporting a code as "dead" when it did not work for you.
People to whom a code is new ought to try it and see.

Now I'm getting the error code
"You have exceeded the maximum allowed invalid attempts" rather than "You're reached the maximum allowed" after I enter 10 caps in.
Also, you would think that as many times as I've entered a wrong number or letter (I'm terrible at hitting the "r" instead of the "4") that I would have gotten one correct by trial and error!
Thanks for the 10 points.....it worked for me also

YMMV, but I've gotten different error messages for these cases. One that says the maximum number of redemptions for the code has been reached, and one that says the code has already been entered in your account.
