No response yet; 3 emails. I did try another 500-pt PC (125 MCR) two nights ago and it worked, but I'm "chicken", since I'm not getting a response to my emails.

What a mess -- I'm about ready to lose it! I have (2) codes that do not work. Priority Club says it is "not there problem" because Coke issued the code. Coke has not responded to my emails. Does anybody have a contact with Coke or Priority Club to get this matter resolved??? Thanks.

Two last night without any problems. Have started depositing as soon as I see the certificate number - usually within the minute of claiming award. I don't wait for email confirmation of certificate being issued.
Location: Either at the shooting range or anywhere good beer can be found...

That's how I do it. I write down the certificate number, and immediately redeem it. I've found the emails to take a while to be received.

They finally responded to me as well, 4 days after I submitted my problem with the code. they said they would investigate. That was 5 days ago and still no word.
I have redeemed enough for gold status, working on higher.
I had (2) 500-pt codes show up as "already used", but that was nearly a week ago.
I would have probably chickened out if I read these posts, but since then I have probably enetered about 30-40 with no problem, but I am out of MCR points now.
If anyone has a positive reply from MCR please post it, I might e-mail them the 2 certs that I couldn't use..but I don't want to waste my time if they are not going to help.

Nice, now I am a bit afraid to use more MCR points for these certs as it seems I might jus thave flushed the MCR points.....at least from the replies so far it seems so.
So PC says it is a MCR issue and MCR is so slow or just doesn't care??
I know MCR is very slow, I e-mailed them about a $1.00 off coupon that would not print for me. That was on 5-28, I received a reply and the points back on 6-23.
I got my response today in the form of an e-mail bounce notice. Given that I submitted my request through the MCR website rather than through e-mail, I am puzzled as to how it could "bounce."
I was able to get the points- after 3 trys- told me I was not logged in when it showed my points- dont put any spaces in between the numbers
And the thing is soo oo ooo sl oooo wwwww
This has got to be one of the most maddening websites around. Couple that with the almost illegible codes....it tries my soul.....
Then searching for the rewards is so tedious...is anybody out there listening??....could someone simplify this site so it loads and performs promptly. I can't imagine someone using this who doesn't have high-speed.
