Renewal for 2010?
While there still is no official word, this might be the first sign of its renewal for the 2010 year. A new contest within mycokerewards, while it has its unique rules, has entry date valid through January 15, 2010. (Mycokerewards points are currently schedule to end on December 31, 2009.
The sweepstakes is Avatar in New Zealand. It's not listed under the usual pages for sweepstakes however.... see the link in the home page.
...Of course, they could be excercising the "unless extended or modified by its sponsor" clause in its rules.....

Has anyone heard that the program will be extended again? I thought they usually announced it before now. Maybe it's finally going to be over this year.

actually although I will keep playing if they extend it: I wouldn't care if it ended; I think much of the fun of the game has passed me on

Apparently the lifetime limit is gone as I was able to redeem another 500pt voucher (or else they restarted the clock).
was this from an account that you had already redeemed the three 500 PC certs limit? anyone else able to do this?

Wow! Only 50 points! Price was 300 points this August, then lowered to 200. I got stuck with 2 which I could not use. Ironically, my cousin & her husband told me they were shopping for tickets, then bought on sWN the next day without telling me !

WOW is right....just grabbed two of the Southwest codes (yes, you can get more than one). I was one of the suckers who paid 300 points last time (though I did use mine) so I'm thrilled to get two more. Thanks for the heads up; I probably would have missed this on my own.
Great news, we'll keep going in 2010 and that means the points you don't use this year will carry over into the next.
Don't wait to celebrate, check out our new website for millions of ways to grab points to get to the rewards you want. Enter some codes while you're there, it could be worth 10 Bonus Points*."
