Click the "rules" link at the bottom of any page on the MCR site for the answer to this question and many others.
For this one:
it is a 24 hour period from noon to noon Eastern Time
I would suggest skimming both the rules and the faq. Lots of useful information between them, such a comprehensive list of the brands and package sizes that have/willhave codes and how many points the codes from various sizes are worth.
To answer another question that is sure to come:
There's no telling when you will start to see codes on a particular brand/package size. YMMV based on how quickly your local retailers and distributor(s) work off inventory that lacks codes, and YMMV for each brand and package.
To answer another that already has appeared:
Why won't this 12 digit code from a yellow Sprite cap work? It might be from the just-ended LeBron promo and is not eligible for the MCR promo. It might or might not mean anything, but all the Sprite bottles shown on the MCR site and in related emails have blue caps.

A canned response, but it's at least an acknowledgement.
I got the same response, so I called Delta tech support. After a considerable amount of time on hold I was told that the tech staff is working on the glitch and that the codes should be able to be entered AS IS (no eleventh charachter required) tomorrow.

Thanks--I appreciate you staying on hold to get an answer for all of us. I know that can be frustrating.
Either they have exhausted the Delta awards -- as you can't find them anymore -- or more likely they pulled them realizing that they really screwed up.
I redeemed five 500 mile Delta rewards. Couldn't plug in the codes yesterday but just tried now and they were all accepted. 12-24 hours they should be posted. We'll see.

Thanks -- I will try mine.

I didn't see zachs18's post until after receiving and responding to this inane response from Delta:
Dear dhacker,
Thank you for your e-mail regarding Delta's SkyMiles program.
The referenced promotion Delta / Coke Take-a-Swing was valid between Aug31, 06 and Sep10, 06. You can even contact Delta's Promotions Department at 800-325-1447 for questions regarding your promotion.
Yep - they're gone - they don't come up even if you search for delta. I hope they come back, I held off redeeming for them since people were having problems, now I wish I did take them.

Me Too! My invalid code from yesterday now works. Something told me yesterday to cash in as many points as I could for delta miles even though I knew the codes would be invalid but I didn't do it. I had a feeling they would pull Delta from the site.
