was wondering myself... I MAYBE find one a week. Granted I don't go through the garbage but doubt that most do. I do get the ones from the 12 packs at the office when we get them but that's only about 5-7 a month. We drink a ton of Diet Coke but there is just the 2 of us so...

two places really..
1. my kids get them at school from the teachers
2. the vast majority come here, I work in a 12 floor building that supplies coke products in the form of 20 oz bottles, at first it was just people I know giving them to me but then I put out a large gatorade bottle cut open the head and put a sign up by the recycle box on the two floors that I frequent multiple times a day with a note, "if you are just going to discard the 20 oz red caps, I am collecting them, would you kindly place in the jar, if you have questions please call TH at ext abcd".. you'd be surprised how many people actually put them in there.. I only leave the jar out on the days I'm actually in the office so I do lose about two weeks a month due to travel.
I seldom buy coke products myself unless the 12 pack is on sale for $2.00 or less
Seems to be a legit Coke marketing campaign. Don't flame me if it didn't come.
Disclaimer from Coke:
OH yeah, and OUR lawyers made us add this disclaimer to let you know that there isn't really any taste confusion lawsuit against Coke, or any boatload of damages that you will be able to recover.
I posted this freebie offer back in 9/3/07 (post#1085). It took about 3-4 months, instead of 3-4 weeks as they originally claimed. As long as I received what's promised, I have no complaint. For those of you who are still waiting, you should get it soon.
OK, so Coke's MCR program has proven worthless to me. Waste of time and energy. So, for anyone who still has the time and energy for Coke Rewards, here are some free 50-pointer codes. One-time use only.

As for me, Coke Rewards can kiss it. They've irritated a previous fan with this whole game.

Wow. Just... wow. I've had one pack of soda with a code that Coke said had been claimed, and I wondered if such things happened.
I dig through the bottle recycling at work occasionally, and ask co-workers, friends, and family to save me their tops. I did well over the summer, when work was inundated with interns that guzzled soda non-stop! I've gotten a lot fewer points as our Coke machine has broken down again and again.
But I'm not relieving anyone of their purchased Coke points unless they really don't want them or don't care.

I made my goal of 10 grand by the end of year in the nick of time. The last few days I have been burning through the 12 pack codes I have been saving this past year. Still have 40+ in the bin )
I figure I need to get all the points I can in now to be ready for the run on the new awards soon to come. Suggest you all do the same...
