Some hotel shopping malls are missing, and at least in the case of Hilton's, the thing is so buried on the HHonors web site that I cannot find it without a bookmark I made from their emails. And similar to the airline programs, there are a few more merchants in addition to those in the "mall."

I notice you haven't included any of the Bank of America FF credit cards. They've got several of them:
Includes Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Spirit Air, and Asiana. I've got the Alaska Air Visa, and it's been a pretty good deal over the years.

Every day there is a new Daily Deal sponsored by US Air. Some deals are very cheap (last week, there was one for only four dollars!). Just signing up and making one purchase will earn you 500 Dividend miles, and also give you the right to earn 500 additional miles per referral. It's a no lose proposition.
