I thought he meant something along the lines of Idine

I was pretty sure it didn't stand for Hewlett Packard

Two corrections. First, there is also a British Air iDine site http://ecdining.idine.com/ that should be added. Second, you are allowed multiple credit cards in all iDine programs (at least you can for United, American, and British Air).

What I meant to say is that you can participate in multiple programs, but you can only have one credit card linked to each one

I will add the British Airways link

Yes it will, whatever you spend on skymileshopping is on top of whatever you receive via your credit card
