Champs Elysees - can only use 5 nights of a 7 night certificate
I'm expecting 750 MyPoints for a Jan. 16th transaction. I send them one e-mail on Feb. 27, and the second on March 11th. They didn't acknowledge or reply to either one. Any suggestions on what to do next?
