I got a stack of AMEX branded cards today from Tiger Direct rebates. Called the number on the back of the cards and asked for a check instead, they are mailing it. It delays the process a bit longer but provides me with what I need, the money to pay the bill and run it through again.

If you don't have a Discover card you can use TopCashback for 4% cash back.
TigerDirect has had some better mileage/points offers in the past but currently the best you can do is 2 points per $, making the current cashback offers more valuable than the points offers.
