I had the same problem. I tried entering it again and it told me it was a duplicate. It also popped up a chat window. I used the chat to explain the problem and the CSR added points right away. Did not have to wait long on chat either. Was really surprised how easy that was -- I'd used their web form before on missing points and was dreading he interaction.

Think the live chat is new, and if i am not missing something, is staffed with folks in the US. Was really impressed with how well it worked.

Same here - put that code in on 01/17 and will try to replicate 466SHH way of doing things later today (to see if I get a chat window to pop up). Tried at 6:30 AM CST and the help must still be sleeping as no chat window opened up

Yep, I was too early. Got through, chat was quick and efficient. "1/20/2017 Points Adjustment +100". I gained 75 points by not having the 25 point code take LOL

Hmm, the chat must not operate on weekends. I just realized that they never gave me the bonus for adding my first loyalty card even though I have five of them added, and have been earning points from them for the past two years.
