this is a common problem. HA is just crappy. Try again in a few hours, I just used it this morning, so it definitely still works.

Well obviously the Amazon/Hawaiian Miles offer is done for getting miles on all Amazon purchases; thankfully there's now another site that allows points for ALL Amazon purchases! Even purchases made with Amazon Gift Cards:

I can't get the link to work any more, and can't find Amazon or Amazon.com in a search of the HA shopping portal. Is it dead? Or another link somewhere else?
A thread under HA says it is gone, and so is a Jet Blue one. Ebates is only a few categories, and not books...

Has anybody been able to confirm that the Hawaiian Airlines shopping portal is down permanently? I've been trying to log on to do a Walmart and Best buy purchase but keep getting kicked out. Are there any other ways to get Hawaiian miles?
