Heads up, Lifemiles is no longer eligible to earn from Bing Rewards.

On a side note, anything else I can do to earn Lifemiles with little to no effort? LOL

Using my iPhone for searches is so tedious for my fat fingers and am always looking for the shortest URL to enter. Anyone have any to share? I do CVS, NOAA, cb2, o.com, hm, zara, asos. Not that I am too busy to enter more letters, bing is just harder to do mobile.

Plus a couple of others that are not airlines/hotels. It looks like you can only get 100 miles/points at a time, so it won't be a bonanza. But if you're looking to extend an expiration date, or top off to get over a reward level, this would be perfect. tls
I tried to redeem 385 points today for this. Both times the points were deducted, but within a fairly short time I received an email saying there was an issue with my order and that it had been cancelled. But they don't explain what that issue might be. Both times the 385 points were put back into my account, so I'm not "out" anything.

Anyone else having this problem? I've redeemed a number of times for this award (which is thru points.com), and never had any problems. tls

Redeeming Bing rewards for miles is an extremely poor value. 100 miles for 385 points? No way! Far better deals to redeem for Amazon gift cards and especially HULU + subscriptions for only 300 points right now until Sept 15th. ($7.99=2.66 cents per pt value!)

Yesterday was double points for desktop searches. Not sure if that's going to repeat itself every Monday this month or what, but worth keeping an eye on. tls

I agree about the redeeming for miles but I finally got my son's AA account to 25,000 and I do it occasionally to keep my AA account current. Other than that, I do Amazon gift cards.
If you know of any other easy way for me to earn AA miles, other than a credit card (I refuse to pay a yearly fee after the 1st year), please let me know!

For those who also use Swagbucks, you can stretch the points even further. 525 points (or less if you're gold) gets you 500 swagbucks. $5 AGCs are only 450 swagbucks.

Maybe I just never noticed it before but it appears JetBlue is now a redemption partner.

385/400 Bing points for 100 JetBlue miles.

Lets see.... JetBlue points are worth 1.4¢ to 1.7¢ each. Lets round that off to 1.5 cents. 100 points at 1.5¢ each is $1.50

385 Bing points (for Gold) for $1.50 worth of B6 points makes the redemption rate 0.39 cents (as in $0.0039) per point.

That's a REALLY bad redemption rate!

If you transfer the points correctly, you can get a decent value for redeeming them.

Here's an example.

475 points (for Gold) for 500 Swag Bucks. The redemption on SwagBucks is 450SB for a $5 Amazon gift card.

450SB for $5.00 is 1.11 cents per SB. Using this figure, 475 points for 500SB worth $5.56, gives you a redemption rate of 1.17 cents per point. But, you only spend 450SB to get the $5.00 Amazon gift card. You get 50SB left over. I suppose if you redeem enough times, the leftovers will add up to where you can get another $5 Amazon gift card out of it.

Of course, this only works out if you actually make purchases from Amazon.

I was looking at the Dominos Pizza Card......then I noticed the SwagBucks so I am waiting until I hit gold and I am going to turn Bing Rewards into SwagBucks and then into PayPal dollars and not limit myself to what pizza I buy

It now costs 575 bing points (not 475) to get 500 Swagbucks. That really stinks. I suppose I should do the math to see if it still makes sense if one is redeeming 2200 swagbucks for $25 gift cards, but as others have pointed out, this was a great way to redeem bing rewards. No so much any more. tls

Swagbucks also increased the $5 Amazon gc from 450 points to 500.
