1. Eligibility: Open to Visa Consumer credit cards that are issued in Canada and in good standing (collectively, "Eligible Cards"). Visa prepaid cards, Visa Business credit cards, and Visa Debit (including, without limitation, Visa Gift cards), are not eligible for the Offer.
2. Offer Period: Offer is valid on purchases made from November 1, 2012 12:01 A.M. Pacific Time ("PT") and expires on November 30, 2012 at 11:59 P.M. PT ("Offer Period").
3. Offer Enrollment: To be eligible for the Offer, you must enroll your Eligible Card(s) for the Offer at www.visastockupandsave.com, between October 11, 2012 at 12:01 A.M. PT and November 30, 2012 at 11:59 P.M. PT (the "Enrollment Period"). A maximum of 20,000 registrations are permitted to enroll for the Offer. If and when that maximum has been met, you will no longer be permitted to enroll for the Offer, and are not eligible for the Offer. To enroll, you will be required to provide your first name and last name (as they appear on your Eligible Card), email address and the card number of your Eligible Card. You only need to enroll each Eligible Card once during the Enrollment Period. Only enrolled Visa cardholders will be eligible for the Offer, and only in respect of the enrolled Eligible Card(s). (For greater certainty, if multiple cards are issued on a single Visa account, only the specific cards on the account that are enrolled in accordance with these Offer terms are eligible for the Offer.) Please note that enrollment does not apply retroactively. In other words, you are only eligible for the Offer based on purchases made after you have successfully enrolled for the Offer.
4. Offer Description: After an Eligible Card is successfully enrolled in this Offer, such Eligible Card will receive a $20 CAD credit to the Eligible Card's account when the holder of the Eligible Card makes a purchase of $200 CAD or more in a single transaction at a Safeway grocery shop or supermarket in Canada (excluding safeway.ca, and any Safeway retail outlets that are not categorized in the Visa payment system as grocery shop or supermarket) (each, a "Qualifying Purchase"), up to a maximum of four (4) Qualifying Purchases per Eligible Card. To find the Safeway location nearest you, visit www.safeway.ca. Not valid at Safeway Liquor stores or Safeway Gas Bars. The Offer cannot be applied to purchases prior to enrollment and such purchases are not Qualifying Purchases. The credit will be automatically applied to the Eligible Card account within eight (8) weeks following the end of the Offer Period. The Qualifying Purchase is calculated on the total purchase amount, in one transaction, including tax. Visa Canada Corporation, and its affiliates (including without limitation, Visa Inc.) (collectively "Visa") do not determine and are not responsible for merchants correctly processing a transaction. However, Visa does reserve the right to determine if a purchase is a Qualifying Purchase. Visa's decisions will be final and binding on all matters relating to this Offer. Eligible Cards or Eligible Card numbers that are stolen, fraudulent, tampered with, or otherwise altered are not eligible for the Offer and purchases made with such cards or card numbers are void.
5. Restrictions: Canada Safeway Limited and/or Visa reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify any part of this Offer at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Failure to enforce any term of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. Canada Safeway Limited and/or Visa reserve the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions or interfere with this Offer in any manner, including without limitation, by acting fraudulently and/or by attempting to circumvent the Offer requirements. This Offer cannot be resold, substituted, transferred or combined with any other offer.
6. Limitation of Liability: By participating in this Offer, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) on behalf of yourself and your heirs, executors, administrators, representatives, successors and assigns, to release and hold harmless the officers, directors, employees, agents, and assigns of Canada Safeway Limited., Visa Inc., Visa Canada Corporation, Visa International Service Association, and their respective successors, affiliates, client financial institutions, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Releasees") from any and all liability or damage of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the Offer. Releasees are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, garbled information, enrollments or transactions, or for information, enrollments, transactions that are misdirected, or fail to enter into the processing system; or are processed, reported or transmitted late or incorrectly; or for any other errors or problems of any kind, whether typographical, printing, mechanical, human, electronic or otherwise, relating to or in connection with the Offer, including, without limitation, any error or problem which may occur in connection with the administration of the Offer, or in any Offer-related materials. Further, the Releasees. will not be liable for any injury or damage to a registrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material for this offer.
7. By enrolling in for this Offer, you consent to Safeway Canada Limited's collecting, storing and using the personal information submitted through your enrollment for the purpose of administering this Offer in accordance with these terms and conditions and Safeway Inc.'s privacy policy which can be found at www.safeway.ca. You further consent to Visa, Visa subcontractors and Visa agents' collecting, processing, analyzing any and all data and information related to any purchase or transaction made with an Eligible Card in connection with the Offer, which may include cardholder's personal information, and sharing such information with Safeway Inc. and/or Visa client financial institutions in order to fulfill this Offer. Please note, personal information may be processed and stored outside of Canada. While we use contractual and other measures to ensure protection of personal information, governments, courts, law enforcement or regulatory agencies in these other countries may be able to obtain disclosure of personal information through the laws of these countries.

If you're buying groceries do it on the 10% Tuesday (first one of the month) as you can get $222.22 of groceries for $180.
