I think so. I've heard of Superpoints users getting e-mail from GiftHulk offering them a $1 Amazon code and 50 Hulk points as a 'condolences on that site going under; come join us now' deal.

I tried to log in as I hadn't received any of the Super Lucky emails recently, and noticed that it brings up a page with just their logo.

Superpoints reopened for the US a few months ago, then Canada a week ago, then the UK yesturday. All the old invite links will no longer work so I will post mine.

Superpoints (old) is dead, long live Superpoints.

They've added a new cool feature called "Stumble Rewards". Basically you click a button that says "Discover" and it generates a random website based on your interests. They reward you with points every so often for Clicking the Discover button. Seems to pay out a lot more than the Superlucky button.
The sponsors list is usually empty but as of today there seems to be hundreds of sponsors available. Only Platinum and diamond can sponsor though.
