IHOP free pancakes 2/23/10 7am-10pm

I was in IHOP this morning and found the table advertisement. Free pancakes on 2/23 from 7am-10pm. They are soliciting donations to the Children's Network, I believe. Be warned; a cup of coffee is $1.89 + tax there.

You get a free short stack, which is three panny cakes. Here's the link:Panny Cakes.

Why the warning? For those who drink coffee, I would think that $1.89 for unlimited coffee is pretty good...

IHOP will likely be an awful zoo that day.

When I go out for breakfast, I normally have 3 to 5 cups. Not a too bad.

Thanks for posting the offer.

I went last year at about 4 PM and it was indeed a zoo. I think it took me and my guest about thirty minutes to be seated and service was non-exisitent. I think I'll go again this year and bring the paper.

Who says you have to go for breakfast? It runs until 10 PM. I'm going for dinner!

ok - pancakes are one of the worst breakfast foods you could ever eat 24/7. that should cover it.

french toast, waffles, heck - even cereal are better than pancakes.

Nah. They are quite delicious. Especially drowning in butter and maple syrup.

I don't think the occasional pancake breakfast is going to kill anyone.

Each side of each pancake buttered, and then maple syrup dumped on each, and more on top is how I like mine. Drowning is a good term, especially when you have a large puddle of syrup on the plate after you're done.
