Taxi DME to Metropol Hotel Moscow

Hi,
I'm stopping over in Moscow for 4 days in July.
I'm arriving at DME mid afternoon and need to get to the Metropol Hotel.
I checked with the hotel and they offer a mercedes car for 7500 rouble ( round USD 135) .
Maybe I'm cheap but that seems expensive to me.
The train has too many transfers.
Taxis seem cheaper than limo but are they safer ?
Would you recommend a particular company ?
Are there any other options?

Option 1: Aeroexpress train to Paveletskaya station (45 min, approx. 8$). Connect to metro Paveletskaya (green line). 2 stations direct to Teatralnaya station. (5 min, 1$). And 5 minutes to your hotel.
Option 2. Uber, yandex.taxi, gett. About 20 $. About 1 hour 30 minutes.

Take the train and metro. Way less frustrating than a cab during the daytime.

Thank you for info.
I was worried about the hassle of connecting onto the subway and currency issues.
Where would i buy subway fare tokens?
Do taxis take credit cards?

It's pretty easy to access the metro at Paveltskaya unless you are travelling super heavy. Vending machines in English that take cards and, allegedly, you can even use contactless on the ticket barriers. Not tried it myself.

Gett or similar will allow you use credit card. Regular taxis will not IME and wil, require a negotiation process.

There's a "Plus Metro" version of the train ticket (from the ticket machine) which will give you a ride on the metro as well.
