Credit cards/currency accepted at Sheremetyevo?

Credit cards/currency accepted at Sheremetyevo?
Hey! I'm flying out of Russia this Wednesday and, although I have a Visa, I also have an American Express and thought this was worth asking about... will they accept American Express at the airline check-in desk at Sheremetyevo (for overweight luggage)? Or will they accept American dollars?
