OW rentals: ridiculous price differences....once again.
Enterprise, compact car, both scenarios about 100 miles distance, and destinations about 30 miles apart from each other:

A one-way, one-day rental Newark Airport (EWR) to Honesdale, PA is $89.57.
A one-way, one-day rental Newark Airport (EWR) to Scranton Airport (AVP) is $237.90.

So, Enterprise doesn't want or need more cars at AVP. What's the point?

IME Enterprise discourage one ways as they tack on a large drop fee even when renting from airport and returning to city location. Better luck with National.
