I don't remember the exact companies they use, but the hechshers are reliable. Do you keep mehadrin only?

From US (including Dallas) it is Borenstein. I think this is OU. Only exception is New York, which is Regal and a stronger Hechsher.
From Frankfurt it is Sohar, which has a Hechsher from the Frankfurt Beth Din. I am pretty sure it is Glatt. I eat it, and think it's reliable, though you can ask your LOR if you're not sure.
From Israel in Economy and Business kosher meals are from Hamasbia, which is Bedatz (v reliable). In F hechser is not so strong, only from local airport rabbi. If you are in First you can request 'Special Kosher' which is from Hamasbia.

I'm not sure which company is ex-FRA but i remember that I sropped flying LH longhaul ex MUC because I always got Stogel long life meals. FRA flights had better meals.

Sorry for bumping this thread but it came up as the first result in my Google search and the question was unanswered.
Should I read this with some sarcasm?

Does anyone have up to date info on KSML with Lufthansa out of FRA? I see this topic has not been discussed for a few years. Who's the caterer, the certification? How's the food? I'm going on LH from YYZ - FRA - TLV. Thanks.

Pretty sure they still use Sohar, which gets mostly good reviews and has a strong hechsher.
