According to the Wiki on this thread there is no one on the same flights as you. There may be people on your flights but they have not said anything yet.
If you are a member of any OneWorld alliance FFP, see https://www.oneworld.com/ to see which programs they are, and you have status with one of them then if you are OWSapphire or OWEmerald, you will have lounge access in DOH. The same applies if you are flying in Business class. according to the wiki on http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/qatar...unges-hia.html there are a number of options available to you if you are in J or have OW status. As you will see from that Wiki guests are not permitted in the Al Safwa and Al Mourjan lounges but are in the First and Business class lounges. You can also pay to enter the Oryx lounge.

Guide to adding an itinerary to the meet-up thread:
The goal of this thread and Wiki is to advertise FT members dates and times on QR flights and at QR served airports so that other FT members can identify and possibly meet with the traveler at some time during the itinerary.
The use of Flyertalk Private Messages (PMs) to propose face-to-face meetings is recommended.
Since the goal of the Wiki is to advertise travel plans and to make it as useful as possible, a specific format is used to publish in the Wiki (or to post in the thread as a request to publish if you do not yet have Wiki editing rights).
It is important to note that the meet-up can occur on a flight as well as in an airport/club so the format makes it possible to determine flight numbers and times as well as in-airport times.
To illustrate the format, here is an actual 2 leg flight for myself (Flyertalk username skydiver) and my wife:
May 2, 2017 QR740 from LAX-DOH
Leaving LAX at 1555 arriving DOH at 1740 on May 3, 2017
May 4, 2017 QR946 from DOH-SIN
Leaving DOH at 0235, arriving SIN 1515 the same day
There are 5 possible times to meet with other Flyertalk members:
Prior to departure from LAX
Aboard LAX-DOH
In DOH between flights
Aboard DOH-SIN
At final destination in SIN
The Wiki format for each flight segment is:

I cannot post your information because you give flight times not the time you will be at the airports. (FRA, DOH, WDH and DOH)
If you correct the information I will certainly add them to the Wiki.
The information required is when you are at the airport before your flight since the times of your flights can be read from them.
For example when do you expect to arrive at FRA to travel to DOH? If say three hours before departure then the times field would be 0615-0915 .

I cannot post your information because you give flight times not the time you will be at the airports. (FRA, DOH, WDH and DOH)
If you correct the information I will certainly add them to the Wiki.
The information required is when you are at the airport before your flight since the times of your flights can be read from them.

The 19/05 I arrive at FRA at 09.15 preparing to depart at 10.55 on QR70 FRA-DOH. We are X2921294H + 1 other.
The 20/05 having arrived 18.30 the previous day I depart AT 02.30 on QR1373 DOH-WDH. We are X2921294H + 1 other.
These translate into
19/05 : 0915-1055 : QR70 : FRA-DOH : X2921294H +1
and
20/05 : 1830-0230 : QR1373 : DOH-WDH : X2921294H +1
Note that the BOLD fields are to be transferred to the specified format.
I hope that putting it into 'English' makes it clearer.
