It will be 11pm. You could leave your bags at the JAL ABC counter or arrange for it to be delivered to the airport from central Tokyo.

Thanks! Really want to head airside for some dinner/shower before the 11 hours back to DOH. Will probably aim to get there around 9/10ish.

Evidently I've forgotten how to count - it will open at 10pm (i.e. 3 hours before)! However, the last time I was there it didn't open on time and they were around 30 minutes late.

Other options include:

http://www.first-cabin.jp.e.jr.hp.tr...terminal1.html (in the domestic terminal)

https://www.rph-the.co.jp/haneda/en/#link_ref (in the international terminal but expensive)

My 788 flights in and out of BRU have changed into 773ER flights

Kinda disappointed, since I also have the 772 into NRT.

Flight duration from HND to DOH (QR813) has been changed from 11:49 to 12:14. Because of this I was changed from QR7 (QSuites) to QR3 (A380).
I guess it's ok, since I still have QSuites on the outbound flight, but still a bit disappointing.

Don't book a flight for specific aircraft type. That's never going to pan out on QR.

I know, I never did. But the 787 would've been nicer

IMO both and nicer to look out of. Q: Not yet having flown on QR's 787, do they have the loos equipped with windows?

So to follow up on this...

I eventually got through to QR in the UK (20min wait), and a very helpful chap went through my options.

Because I was cancelling on the advice of our Doctor, the Rep advised that I could either:

a) Cancel the reservation, and apply for a Refund for Mrsmsm2000uk online
b) Keep the reservation, but change the destination and fly before 12th January (date of booking)

Now for Option a), the Refund has been calculated as 'Ticket price - $500 (Cancellation Fee)'. This would give me a total of €354.08, which is better than nothing. It should be noted, that there is no reason why I cannot fly, so no refund can be offered to me - only for Mrsmsm2000uk

If we went for Option b), we would need to pay $300 (Change Fee per ticket), and any difference in fare between that of HND and the new destination - however it would at least mean that we wouldn't lose everything. Crucially however, Option b) is available both to Mrsmsm2000uk and myself (even though I am not the one who cannot fly, as per above).

Now if she could fly, I'd probably select Option b), but because she has been advised against flying anywhere, there's only one route we can go down.

I've emailed QR asking for a refund, and will likely need to send in the letter from our Consultant which explains why my other half cannot fly (it's a tad more complicated than "she's pregnant").

I'll of course update this once I hear back from the QR support team; supposedly in 5 working days.

Just checked in for my HND-DOH-LHR return, and no mobile boarding passes. This might be right for Haneda (anyone?) but I’m surprised there’s nothing for QR3 (that’s still outside of 48 hours though - is that it?)... Advice from this who’ve taken QR813...?

On the outbound I had to mess around and only found the link to add to wallet somewhere in My Trips rather than in the checkin section though, and I can’t remember exactly where. (I keep MBPs as a little collection wherever I can get them, or I wouldn’t be so fussed - though I do prefer to paper anyway).

Received wallet boarding passes both in BRU and in NRT (I had to wait until 48H prior the departure time of the connecting flight - i.e. DOH-HND/DOH-BRU).

Still no dice - do you remember where they were for you? On the way out they weren’t available on the last screen of the check-in functionality, but somewhere in the My Trip section I think - that wasn’t the case when I went to Auckland in March. Strangely I can’t swipe to the second flight from the last step of check-in either.

I've gotten them right from the app after OLCI was completed. They were added two at a time (i.e. both NRT-DOH and DOH-BRU) and I only swiped to get to the other passengers on the booking as well.

Hmm QR offers mobile boarding passes at HND and I've never had an issue getting them before. Has the OLCI definitely worked? QR's online check-in system has a tendency to return an error sometimes.
