A350 service delay?

A350 service delay?
QR has postponed A350 service to Munich, supposedly should start double daily on 1st Nov. I just realised that instead, QR57 has been using A332 plane instead. Not even B787, the original plane. Anyone knows what's the issue with the transition? Have a flight coming on 30th Nov and looking forward to trying the new place in business!

Could it be due to the recently concluded Dubai Airshow that one of the A350 is sent there?

Did this A350 flight in J, 02 Nov, DOH- MUC. The J seat had a more "comfy" padding fell around lower loin (kidney area). May have been the seat controls, but the best QR J seat I've had so far: compared with: the QR A380 X2 times; A340 refurb X 2 times and A332 refub X 1.

Hope you get to try it out, and report back.

I've got QR58/57 flights next month so I have been keeping an eye on the A350 on this rotation. The double daily service did start on the 01/11/15 but since 7/11 the 57/58 has been subbed with a A333 or A332. The A350 is still operating the 59/60.

A7-ALF which was stationed at the DWC Airshow operated DOH-FRA-DOH today.

It's just hope that it will go back to theA350 by 30th.

Did they experience any delay in the delivery of A350?

Just got notification that my March 19th JFK-DOH flight has been cancelled. Was supposed to be on the A350. Looks like they're delaying the start of the second daily JFK flight. It would have been nice of them to rebook my connection, as it departs 7 hours before I now land.

According to the unofficial production list from a few months ago 9 A359s were to be delivered in 2015, so far only 6 have been. No idea if there were any actual delays or if the list is based on official estimates.

A7-ALG is already at the delivery centre and could enter service any day now.

Current schedule as follows:

Up to 26 November (except 22 November):

QR59 - A350
QR57 - A330

22 November & 27 November onwards.

Both flights A350

Some of QR's A350s are flying daily in/out of Riyadh already.
Any other operational destinations, apart from RUH ?

Currently MUC, FRA, SIN, RUH.

The schedule says it will be a A359 tomorrow and every future day except for 26/11. We will see if there is any truth in that ...
