Considering KQ, KL, BA are all charging in excess of US$1000, I found that deal quite cheap.

any chance you would know of what kind of pricing the 2-4-1 has generated in the past?

Looking to fly missus n myself in April from East/South East USA-KHI
Was tempted to fly via DFW on the EK A380 but I don't want to risk loosing out on a good deal

Off the top of my head, Im not sure.

The 2-4-1 Sale prices tend to be good, opposed to great, and certain routings are actually more expensive than 2 return journeys bought separately!

Only a couple of days to wait..

They have low fares filed (2500-3000SEK+taxes) but no availability in those low booking classes (S&N)

No no. I dont mean buying separate legs - I mean buying 2 return tickets opposed to 1 2-4-1 return ticket, can sometimes be cheaper.

Hi msm2000uk:
you seem to be very knowledgeable about QR so quick question:
assuming the sale is great, when purchasing a pair of tix, should I register for Qatar miles/points or another carrier?
I'm in Delta's hometown and they aren't part of oneworld..and haven't had to fly AA due to being in DL territory...yet at the same time, QR will be flying direct here next summer and can see myself flying on them atleast 3x a year.
Thoughts? Thanks in advance

Any idea when these fares will get loaded up? It's past 12AM on 2nd Nov in Doha so I thought the sale would have started but I'm just seeing regular fares via matrix so far.

I live in Sweden and there is a fare going on but I don't know if it's the 2 for 1. It's a good sale though..

I see the sale on the Kuwait and UAE website. Its "up to 35% off" not a 2-4-1. Same rules as posted earlier by the op. It should be on the main page with the slogan "Don't just dream it. Plan it."

I did a few searches already for something I was looking for in January, the prices haven't been loaded properly. Some dates I get Business Promo, some only Saver. Usually, under the promo column, it should say unavailable, rather than not show the column at all. Also, The Business saver for KWI to LHR was about 2200 USD last week. Now its about 2900 USD, with no Promo showing. The fare price stated on the sales promo page shows it as the same price as it was the whole of last week. Basically, Saver price has gone up for this route, and the old saver prices is now the promo price. Lets see if this is just a temporary glitch!

logged on French website. It syas "up to 40% discount". But the fares are given in Swiss Francs, clearly a glitch.
